What a resort should be....great staff, wonderful grounds and rooms. Only problem is you can get lost since some of the rooms and wings are so far from main building. Great to sit in the chairs outside and just enjoy the desert air

Four and half stars. Very beautiful older property built in the twenties and thirties. I stayed in one of the one bedroom cottages well-appointed & spacious cottage equipped with it's own patio. Lunch at Frank and Alberts was good and reasonably priced for a 4 star establishment. Dinner menu was on the high side as far as pricing since there...

Great hotel and friendly staff. Perfect for family relax in Phoenix. Price is good for a 5 stars. The staff revealed extremely professional and customer oriented. We had an accident while staying there and they supported in the best possible way. I could not ask for more. Great job.

Only part of the hotel is renovated, be sure you are in that part. Lots of walking to get to the rooms. You either have to use valet parking or walk long distances. The hotel is a landmark and very "old beautiful". The grounds and pools are wonderful.

The Waldorf is a large hotel with many different blocks of rooms that one had to walk to after check-in. I was happy for the covered walkway to my room given that it was 45 degrees Celsius which is a little much for this Canadian! The rooms themselves were updated and quite modern but I found the hallways dark and...

Excellent resort. Be sure to take the historical tour for more of an insight into the background of the resort. If you need more Frank Lloyd Wright inspiration, schedule a visit to the residence he built for his son in Scottsdale, "A modern castle in the air". Beautiful pools and great landscaping. A memorable place to stay.

We stayed here the last night of our vacation before flying out the next day. We were upgraded to a beautiful room but it was far from the main building. The property is beautiful. The pools were beautiful. They had a movie night at the main pool when we were there, which my kids loved! The only negative was the...

We arrived at the Biltmore to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary and were slowed down by illness. The staff went above and beyond to try and make our experience as wonderful as possible considering the unique circumstances. Everyone who we came in touch with was top notch in customer service, extremely friendly and wanting to go that extra mile. The...

Finished a 2 day stay at this amazing location and it was exceptional. Pools were great, restaurants great, hospitality great and the weather HOT. If I could recommend one thing it would be to have the coffee fixings in the room upgraded to have Stevia, real cream and a to go cup. But, other than that the Biltmore is first...
