Hotel is average, pool was over crowded, and parking is terrible. The pricing of this hotel is high for the value that is provided. This hotel is definitely not for the under 40 clientele, and there is very little to do as far as nightlife unless you want to leave the property.

Did a staycation here with my family and stayed in two of the renovated rooms. They were very spacious, perhaps 500 square feet! Beds are amazing!!!! Pillow tops with pillows that were sooooo nice. Very cozy as far as sleeping comfortably. 24 hour room service which was nice! Most people were very nice and helpful. Some of the young girls...

Please be careful when you book through anything other then the hotel's website because my nightmare could also be yours. When I checked in I handed my credit card to the front desk employee and she took it and I thought she had run it. My friends and I proceeded to have a great Saturday and basically didn't leave the...

The Arizona Biltmore Hotel is an astonishing property designed by Frank Lloyd Wright, which is located in the outskirsts of Phoenix. I stayed there with my wife and our baby daughter to attend a scientific meeting. Our room was located in the Ocatilla building, which has a private pool. It was one of the most spacious double rooms we have...

The Arizona Biltmore is a nice property and doesn't show its age that much. The lobby is huge and pleasantly laid out with very comfortable chairs to lounge or relax. The property itself is a very huge complex and after a weary day of travel it can be a challenge of just where your room is. The building and rooms...

We stayed in the Ocatilla building. The whole resort just exudes 5 star and luxury, the grounds are perfectly manicured and the staff are all friendly and happy to help with any queries (or giving out iced water, which is definitely needed in 45 degree heat). The food was great and there are lots of free activities to do (pool,...

We spent many weekends at the Biltmore years ago and recently decided to return for a visit. We love the classic FLW design and the location. The views of the mountains from the lobby make you want to sit and appreciate their beauty - which we did. The public part of the property is pretty well taken care of. The...

We had an excellent stay at The Arizona Biltmore, this July 4th, as well as last July 4th. The entire staff go out of their way, to make you feel special. Nick and Morgan at the Front desk, were very helpful. In Frank & Albert's, Ines, Cheryl, & Rachel are assets to the restaurant. In Wright's, Juan was an excellent...

Spectacular vintage property that is well maintained. The hotel has lots of buildings and you may have to walk for a few minutes. Not a big deal. The restaurants and bars were full of action and open. The chilled pools were great to take a dip in at night and are open 24 hours. My room in the Valley view...

Although very hot in Phoenix in July, the hotel staff made us comfortable, and was enthusiastic and customer service oriented. Front desk staff, Erika and Jarrod were engaging and efficient, met our needs daily. Ines, our waitress in Frank & Albert's Restaurant was very friendly, professional and caring-we met a new best friend!!! Susan in the Concierge Lounge was amazing....
