While visiting Phoenix this week I stayed at this hotel due to its location (close to the airport and I10). I stayed in a King Leisure suite that provided plenty of living space and was clean. My bed was comfortable. My bed linens were fresh. The two flat panel televisions were of a reasonable sizes for the rooms. The bathroom...

Thank you to David and the staff for making our stay enjoyable. Met my sister at the hotel as they flew in from Hawaii and they enjoyed their stay as well. The weather was awesome for this time of the year.

We were within 10 minutes of Mill St. in Tempe and all the nightlife. We enjoyed a piano bar, Rula Bula restaurant and other places. The hotel was clean and the staff was quick at check-in. Breakfast was $10 and a very good buffet. Work out room had 3 walking/riding units, but the upper body weight machine was broken.

We stayed here one night after arriving on a late flight. The good: The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was included and was good. The negative: There was an odd odor in our room and the shower drain was clogged.

I rented 3 rooms through an online site. I wanted to make a couple of tweaks, however the property was unwilling to make any accommodation other than surrender the reservation. So I started with a bad attitude. Location was excellent to airport, University, and ballparks, very clean, staff that we encounter was very friendly, rooms clean and mattress excellent.

This is plain and simply an airport hotel, whose sole function is to provide a night's rest between your stay and your flight. Check-in was prompt and courteous. Restaurant and bar are smallish, and unimaginative, but eminently functional, and service was quite good. Room was clean and comfortable. I don't know that I'd ever want to make this a destination...

We stayed in a newly redone room where I was a huge fan of the way the lighting was set up. The pool and hot tub were open 24 hours which was a huge plus and the front desk had set cookies and punch during the evening making us feel very welcome. The biggest asset of the hotel was definitely...

Accidentally booked two holiday inn locations and when I called to resolve it they were rude. Routed me too manager but then it was only vm. Charged me full nights stay. When I called IHG they also tried to reason with management but stated they would not budge. I have been a loyal patron of holiday inn for many years...

I have stayed here before and did so again last week before my flight to Chicago. It is a good place, with excellent service. I want to particularly mention two servers in the restaurant - during a late light dinner, Barb was our server, a charming and friendly lady from New York. The next morning Aurelia served us breakfast, who...
