Nice location and rooms. Sidewalks to jog in the area, close to the airport, neat 2-'room' setup for bed vs. living room/kitchenette. Fitness center is small, no bikes, no machines for weights). Would be ok to stay here again.

We stayed here before morning flight. The location is very close to the airport. Rooms are newly renovated and large. Restaurant was being remodeled but menu and prices were not bad. Not much within walking distance but nice clean neighborhood.
This was our first stop after arriving from UK at Phoenix airport and we were pleased it was easy to find.
Despite refurbishments in progress on ground floor and eatery area there was no real disruption to services.
