Had a great experience visiting for a few days in March. Loved the proximity of the hotel to golf (two courses on property) and shopping/restaurants (easy walk but they offer a shuttle). There are two fitness centers and I'd say they're both fairly decent. Not as large as I would have expected given the size of the property but still...

Beautifully kept grounds, five pools, fantastic spa, work out facilities, etc. Wonderful food, helpful and pleasant staff, and if you want to have a good off-premise burger, In-and-Out Burger is less than five minutes away. We went for Spring Break, LPGA Tour was there in addition to a Muhammad Ali fund raiser, this brought out the $100k cars and celebrities....

This is what you would expect - beautiful hotel with very friendly staff. PROS:Room was exquisite - comfortable bed, large room, bathrobes, plus all toiletries provided (including lotion, body wash, qtips, cotton balls). Pool area is outstanding, includes a lazy river and plenty of seating. CONS: ?? Pricey, but that's the target market

We attended a conference at this very large JW. The curb appeal is extraordinary beautiful. Somehow the hotel manages to feel vastly smaller than it is. The staff is especially helpful and we were asked many times if they could offer more assistance. We arrived late and I wanted to sit by the pool to decompress from travel. The kitchen...

My wife and I spent 3 nights at the JW Marriott Desert Ridge while attending a conference. This property has a lot to offer. There are multiple pools which offer different experiences. For the kids--and there were many around--there is a pool with a slow lazy river. There is a less active pool which also allows children. There is a...

Although this is a big hotel it does not feel that way. Rooms are well appointed and service is accommodating, personal and effective. Even though the LGPA tour was going on they manage the property very well. Beautiful pools, spa, varied restaurants and everything a resort should be. Nothing to complain about except maybe they could use some new towels....

We visited for a conference. There were several other conferences going on, and an LPGA tournament, yet you never felt like the place was crowded. The staff is exceptional, meeting the needs of many seamlessly. The location allows access to dining, shopping and attractions off resort for balance. The only disappointment was the conference closing dinner.

Very expansive hotel. Has everything anyone could wish for. Great dining options. The pool areas are incredible. The lazy river was fun. Views from the rooms were of the golf course and mountains. Pretty sure all rooms had an outdoor space or balcony. I would return here in a heartbeat! Very impressive!

We stayed for 5 days with our 3 and 1 year olds. This property is gorgeous and meticulous!! The rooms are upgraded with smart TV's, big bathrooms, and most seemed to have balconies. There is a full-fledged Starbucks right on site, plus multiple restaurants to chose from at various price-points. We anticipated going out in Phoenix and ended up staying...

Here in business and all to often, I fail to enjoy the grounds and amenities because I, focused on work, but not here. I took the time to walk the beautiful property, enjoy the pools, lazy rivers, and firepits at night. Yes, it's resort pricy, even more do if you want a preferred view, but the rooms are Marriott quality,...
