A bunch of my friends came for a friends wedding and were mistreated by one of the managers by the pool. She chose to use profanity towards our group by the pool. When the manger was reached about the situation he did nothing to fix or settle the incident.

We found this hotel by accident on the internet and couldn't believe how lucky we were. It is really unique; we liked the eclectic and unusual décor. We also loved the pool area, which is especially cool in the evening (as in ambience). The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful with information about the surrounding area, and we borrowed...

I had to phone 3 times to get a credit card authorization. They apparently only have one person at the desk most of the time and had to put me on "hold" every time I phoned. Once I filled out the credit card authorization to pre pay the rooms, they would not accept it as I forgot to mark "room...

I was here 2 years ago, on a business trip. It was a great experience, on all levels. Therefore, I decided to return last week. Yet another fantastic stay: Original setting, stunning rooftop terrace, great live music, very large rooms, extremely comfortable beds and the best service with a genuine smile. If I have to return to Phoenix, The Clarendon...

The hotel is a modern chic hotel. It look like a renovated older motel. You could tell in the nathroom as some of the fixtures seem like the original in the bathroom. We got the king ved junior suite, which was roomy. The biggest issue is that you can hear all the water coming down the plumbing pipes. The couch...

This hotel looks like it has seen better days. My room had a slight musty smell. My 'window coverings' were 1/2 plywood sheets which you slid to one side to let in light. The bathroom is tiny. Additionally, it is in the middle of nothing. I had to walk 8 blocks to a light rail station to get downtown. My...

The Clarendon Hotel & Spa has the appearance of a 1960s-vintage cinder block apartment building given a makeover by practical jokers on a moderate budget. When I arrived on a Friday night, tired from cross-country flying, the entire building pulsated with discordant music. The restaurant lounge, located directly across from the check-in desk, had an overloud acoustical arrangement, and the...

Look around for deals on this place, and it is well worth it! Free snacks, free wine on roof at happy hour, free bike rentals! Voucher for breakfast in really good Cafe Tranquillo! Some or all of the rooms need updating, and the rooms are not always affordable but go when they are!!!!!

Super modern and fun looking from the outside. Friendly staff. Wonderful restaurant. Very comfy Sky Deck. The pool and surrounding area is a bit smaller than I had expected, but still beautiful. Then we got to the room... There was NO view. Literally- a brick wall unless you practically hung out the window to look to the side. Look down...
