I stayed here 4 nights for a meeting at the convention center. It is a short walk between the hotel and convention center. The rooms are comfortable and I liked the organization of the bathroom area & closet, that was separated from the rest of the room. The soundproofing between rooms could be improved, but most of the other visitors...

This hotel is in a great location to everything downtown. Lots of great restaurants and activities within walking distance. Also very close to the train. However, for the price it isn't worth the stay. The hotel lobby is very noisy, especially at night. It is a busy place and very loud. Rooms are nice. Aveda products are a very nice...

Lobby is enormous and bustling! Great place to stay for business as it's convenient to, Phoenix Convention center. Great restaurant, glassed in garage doors open up so you feel like you're eating al fresco!! Pool area on 5th floor with many places to sit outside with a book! Large exercise facility...well equipped. We stayed in a suite that was huge...

When arriving at the hotel, the exterior appears to be just a large gray box. But when you walk inside, it is nicely decorated and gave off a swanky feel. You could tell they had a major renovation in the lobby and first floor area and the staff appeared very proud of it. The location is perfect and if you...

My husband and I stayed here for a couple nights to get away. The room was clean. The location was within walking distance of all the things we wanted to do downtown. We were able to get a feather free room. The bed was comfortable. We had a decent view. if you bring your car, you have to valet park,...

Great location for a meeting. Convenient to the airport with a number of restaurants and entertainment venues nearby. Great staff, good meeting rooms; the convention food was outstanding. Rooms are of average size, bathrooms with Aveda products. Nice bar area for gathering, Starbucks in the lobby.

I always compliment Marriott Hotels on their comfortable beds and good pillows, and this hotel was no exception. I believe the hotel lobby had been recently redone and it was stylish and sophisticated with particularly interesting lighting fixtures. The food served at the cafe in the lobby was tasty and different (deep fried avocado anyone?) But then it was time...

I'm so sorry you found our pool lacking for your purposes. A bit of history to explain the shadows - our hotel, and pool terrace, were built before many of the other high-rise buildings that surround us. And unfortunately, with high-rise buildings, come some shadows depending on the time of day. Thanks for your kudos about our new urban saloon...

We attended a convention in Phoenix this week. We stayed at this hotel. We parked our car at the hotel. It costs $32 / 24 hours. The service was great. The car was parked in a secure garage. We had in and out privileges. Our room was on the eleventh floor. The mattress was firm. We couldn't hear any noises...

Just back from a long weekend in Phoenix with my girlfriend - we stayed at the Renaissance Phoenix Downtown and had a fantastic experience. Great room, fun lobby bar, perfect location and most notably a totally awesome staff - everyone was super nice and helpful. Make sure to hit up Irma the Concierge - she was fun and very informative.

While in Arizona for work I decided to travel to Phoenix for the weekend. After looking at several hotels I decided to stay at the Renaissance and it did not disappoint. Staff Check in was a breeze and the staff was very friendly. Any questions that I had were quickly answered. Lobby The lobby is beautiful. It is a tasteful...
