Upon reading through the negative reviews, I honestly wasn't expecting much from this stay. However, I'm happy to say that I was pleasantly surprised. Although it was a very busy and the front desk was slammed (we had a line going out the door at check-in and the hotel was fully booked), the staff were very friendly and personable. The...

As far as motels go, this Motel 6 property is your typical Motel 6. The rooms are the upgraded format with an orange motif; my room was clean, the furniture was in decent repair, the bed was comfortable, the climate control unit worked fine, and the wi-fi signal worked well. There is ample parking all around the hotel. The neighborhood,...

I was in Phoenix for the weekend, I got this hotel because it was the closest hotel to the location we were going to Phoenix for. First night toilet wasn't working, when I told the front office I was given a plunger.....really now I have to maintain my own room. In the middle of the night there was yelling and...

Terrible. Disgusting. To get away from the dangerous ghetto environment (drugs, dealers, prostitutes, homeless) you shouldn't be expecting much more inside a room here. There are obvious signs of the party lifestyle beyond all the imaginable cleanliness issues and health code violations. Like burn holes on bed comforters (in NON smoking room), broken sinks, bath tub discolored, obvious holes in...

I travel around the country working so spend much of my time living in hotels. This location is the worst. Homeless people an prostitution are constant problem.$1000 of property was stolen from my room an mgmt.was no help despite lots of cameras. The place reminded me of a prison with loud speaker blasting warnings for people not registered to leave...

We stay all over the Country at Motel 6's. This is one of the worst. Friendly girl at check in tried to get us in early being 3 hrs later where we drove in truck from although couldn't. Truck parking good. Room smelled of air freshener when arrived strong then when that wore off just smelly. Guy at desk in...

I've stayed at this Motel 6 at least three times over the period of about three years. I've never had a security problem, or a problem with other visitors or non-residents. The manager is professional, good with people, and attentive to activity on the property. On-site security roams the property until at least 5am. The security people I observed seemed...

I was completely grossed out by my visit here, which is sad considering I've stayed at this very Motel in the past with no problems. We were given a room that had no beds ready and the floor was trashed. We were given another room that smelled like cigarette smoke. The man told us that someone must have smoked something...

Travelling from the United Kingdom we use Motel 6 properties over 60 nights of each year. This one should be avoided. It is a large four floor property that seems to house mostly Social Services (welfare) families - they are generally noisey and troublesome. We booked here to be near a Bruce Springsteen concert. Our room 109 was adjacent to...
