My husband and I are staying here and so far the service is delightful. Being from New York, it's almost awkward...the politeness. Icing on the cake, our room (204) faces a court yard where my husband and I took our bottle of wine and talked under the stars. That's when Bobbie (who was celebrating her 80th birthday) came out and...

We stayed on our USA-Trip in July 2013 at the Royal Palms Ressort in Phoenix. We had booked a superior room with king-size bed and really enjoyed our stay! The room was fabulous and the hotel grounds are very beautiful and well entertained. We booked the hotel for 2 nights in order to relax a little bit before continuing our...

I've stayed at this resort hotel numerous times and it always exceeds my expectations. Comfortable beds and bedding, top notch service, and an outstanding restaurant are just a few of the many surprises you'll find the Royal. The grounds are gorgeous so make sure you walk around.

We had a little snafu with our room upon checking in and the hotel addressed it immediately! Their response exceeded our expectations! The property is a beautiful oasis in the dessert and their Sunday Brunch is the best in the Valley!

My Husband and I had a great experience at Royal Palms. Everyone one at the Resort was amazing from the moment we drove in to the Resort. The gentlemen who park your car and handle the luggage were very friendly. Our dinner was delicious and our waiter made our dinner even more enjoyable. The room was amazing for an historic...

A wonderful and beautiful resort experience! A truly unique and special place. The food a T.Cooks was rustic and elegant - amazing! And the Manhattans at Mix Up are perfection. Fabulous rooms with great beds and a huge shower and tub. Can't wait to go back!
