Went for another 3 night stay, wrote a good review last time but won't be able to do so this time. Broken ice machines, dirty bug infested lazy river , resort water park closing at weird times,as if they did not want you to have a good time with your family, $25 lost towel charges..it is all too much for...

Hilton's never disappoint! And Point Hilton Squaw Peak lived up to it's name. Great hotel rooms and spacious. If you have kids the Water park is a great oasis in the desert. Great food and great location to get around Phoenix. Staff was very helpful as was everybody we came in contact with in Phoenix!

I travel often to Phoenix for business, and I love to try to take advantage of the gorgeous resorts the Scottsdale and Phoenix area have to offer. I have stayed in many places in the area, and this place disappoints. The grounds were large and well manicured but the hotel room was very "motel style". It was a suite but...

Hello ggsnaps, Thank you for your feedback. Your review is appreciated. I am terribly sorry for the unsatisfactory view from your suite. All suites do have a balcony or patio, and we do have interior suites that offer a quiet, courtyard view. Please accept my apologies for not having one available during your time with us. We strive to exceed...

Just back from a fab trip. The hotel is spacious. Our room was fantastic. I wasn't expecting a suite but to have a living room and a bedroom was great, especially as we were travelling with our 4 & 2yr olds. The 'kitchenette' area had an under bench style fridge as well as a coffee machine. No other facilities though....

Fantastic service at a beautiful hotel with lots of amenities. The room was beautiful, food was great, and staff could not have been more accommodating. It was conveniently located to the airport and to many attractions.

This place may be a bit dated, but the spaciousness of the casitas outweighs that aspect. We paid between 200 and 300 dollars a night ( a bit steep) but they're two stories and they have their own little pool that they share with some other casitas in that group (they're about 6 pools total) along with the water park,...

Very disappointing. I surprised my daughter and took her there to celebrate her 25th birthday with her two sisters who drove in from California and was surprised to say the least of the condition of the Casita. It definitely needs to be refurbished it's old and tired looking. The fridge froze everything. The ice machine across from us was broken....

We had a good experience with the front desk staff, and our room was located in a quiet corner with private treed views. The rooms were a nice size and quiet, but we sometimes had difficulty with housekeeping. When we arrived there were no sheets for the pull-out couch. We had to call to request bedding and it took a...

We love staying at this resort in the summer months. The pools are great for us and the kids, the water was still a little cold since it was not as hot as it normally is this time of year. My only compliant about the river ranch pools is the bathrooms were filthy and I have a 4 year old...
