I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived at the hotel - I was not sure what to expect. The front desk person was very pleasant and helpful. My room was on the first floor, which I appreciated! The room was very clean and quiet. I had a kitchenette which was very helpful so I did not have to eat out....

I am a travel nurse living in North Arizona, when I came to do my days in Phoenix I stayed at Budget Lodge, unhappy with the set up but as a night nurse I just slept in the day and worked at night so knowing the price was right I stayed. My second week my son and his girl friend...

never in my life have i been in such a scandelous motel. There is a maid who tries to charge you for all the towells because of stains on them. I stayed this last time and intentionally didnt use them, coincidentally i still was forced to purchase all the towells. I dont get what the motive is and nevertheless will...

Dont stay at budget lodge. The staff treats you like dirt.....the security is invasive coming to your room at all hours..or just entering unannounced. If you pay by the week or for two weeks they will make a reason to throw you out and keep your money. So dont pay in cash or its by-bye money. the worst motel ive...

Frankly, I didn't even know it was legal to operate a motel for public use that is so filthy and dangerous. I don't know what level you have to reach before condemnation, but this hole has to be straddling it. The experience begins in the lobby where you are greeted by a sign that pledges management will pay $100 for...

I've recommended people to stay here since 2012 because they treat people accordingly, however I'm inclined to retract any and all referrals due to the following... I've been staying here for about 1 & 1/2 years. I've been through the up and downs with management and everything has been fair. Until recently I haven't been compelled to write a review...

People constantly ask to bum cigarettes from you like harassment I would call it in the parking lot. Must wear shoes at all times in room because otherwise your feet turn...

Ive been unfortunate enough to stay here the last four nights and each day gets worse. The rooms for the price are obviously not great the only problem is the staff. I was treated like a drug addicted criminal from the minute i walked in. Ive never been treated with that kind of lack of respect. I cant explain how...

I was in Phoenix for a month to get some hiking done. I narrowed it down to three hotels in this area because the location is close to the hiking trails. The Budget Lodge is the worst hotel Ive ever saw in my life. No human being should ever stay at the Budget Lodge. I will give a brief review...
