Our stay has been just perfect here. Checked in today for one night and it is very nice! Clean room, friendly front desk staff and the grounds are well kept. Ate at the Bistro in the lobby and the price was right and the chicken quesadilla was very good. Pleasant server and glad we didn't have to drive anywhere. You...

The hotel is clean and neat, the staff is friendly. My room was good sized, comfortable bed, and nice bathroom. No surprises, this is a major chain hotel. Food is expensive at the on site restaurant/pub. Pool looked nice and there was a fire pit near the lobby. Great for a nights stay near the airport. Free shuttle.

Front desk clerk very rude and agitated when I tried to pay for cash for snacks. Said he would have to count cash drawer, I said no problem, but then slowly started counting. I felt he was extremely unprofessional, so I finally gave up.This incident took place about 3:30 in the afternoon, so he really wasn't very busy.

Thank you for the review! I would like to personally apologize for this experience with our front desk associate. I can assure you this is not the level of service we like to provide to our guests. As a management team, we will be speaking with this associate directly to ensure this was an isolated incident. Thank you for staying...

We stayed here with a Trafalgar tour one night on our way to Mexico and one night when we returned. The rooms were large and the beds were very comfortable, with 3 pillows per bed. There is adequate lighting with plenty of outlets. Coffee machine and ice bucket in the room. You can regulate the room temperature. Wifi is free...

Although conveniently located close to the Airport with a 24h Shuttle it remains an Airport Hotel and nothing but. At times the noise from take offs and landings was quite annoying. The bistro offers a small selection of meal items. Overall this hotel is for the busy traveler on a short stay.

Stayed there one night after late flight into Phoenix airport. The hotel has a free shuttle to/from airport. I have not completely figured out how it works. It seems to run every 1/2 hour from hotel, but when you arrive at the airport, you need to call them and they tell you where they will pick you up. I arrived...

Hello DGM_travel, Thank you so much for your feedback! I apologize if our shuttle was a bit confusing but you are correct when saying we need to be called. Unfortunately the airport does not let us wait due to security but as soon as we are notified that you are ready for pickup, we come right over and arrive within...

The people at the front desk were a little too fake-friendly. The beds were comfortable enough, but the shuttle to and from the airport took forever. The hot tub was ice cold. And what's with the overpriced Starbucks crap in the lobby? A corporation making this much money could offer a cup of coffee to its guests without hurting its...

Property is fairly representative of those in the Courtyard chain. Nice enough, but nothing special. Comfy bed. Small balcony was bonus. Fire pit on the patio was a nice touch. A little further from the airport than I would have expected based on it branding itself as Courtyard Phoenix Airport. Wish Courtyard would adopt the breakfast included format. Their Bistros...

Hello NewMexBound, Thank you so much for your feedback! It is great to hear that you enjoyed your sleep experience, the balcony and our fire pit. As for the Bistro, it is a Courtyard standard that we offer this type of food service establishment. But Marriott understands that our guests have different types of needs so the different brands we...

When traveling for business, there are three categories of hotels for me. Heck no I won't go, whatever and I will remember this place. The Phoenix Airport Courtyard is wavering between "heck no" and "whatever." My bed was clean and comfortable, that's the good news; the staff was distracted and not friendly. Starting with the "gentleman" upon arriving, followed by...
