I did not expect much from this location for the price, yet they still managed to disappoint. Prior to my non refundable booking I called to confirm that the outdoor pool was functional/open. They confirmed it was and that the jacuzzi was waiting for a replacement part but would be up and running in 2 days. My reservation was weeks...

The staff here was amazing! The rooms were not stellar but nothing really compares to your own home. Bummed out that the pool or hot tub wasn't able to be used while we were there but it looked like it was nice! Breakfast was nice and simple and kids enjoyed the waffles! The only thing that was really wrong was...

Needed a hotel around $100/night and this hotel fit the bill. Double queen smoking room was average size. Appreciated the decent size refrigerator and M/W. This motel was easy to get to from the freeway, only 13 minutes from the airport, the room was spacious and clean and the price was very reasonable.

Would have been 5 stars but the room phone has no dial tone, and had to go to the front office for a TV remote. Very convenient to I-10 freeway! Sonic hamburgers and Pollo Loco flame broiled Chicken Mexican style in walking...

The people working here are wonderful. They took really good care of us. We were in Phoenix working for a month. Wish they had a weekly rate.

I sustained a fall accident in their bathroom and all I got from the front desk was "OK". I am not ok, I have to now see an Orthopedic because am afraid my knee is messed up badly. The lights in the bathroom wasn't functioning, the floor of the bathroom is so slick, this is a safety issue that should...
