This was our second time staying here and we had a wonderful time! The breakfasts were excellent and the rooms are comfortable & clean. Dawn & Lisa are wonderful proprietors. We will definitely go back the next time we are in the area! We highly recommend staying here.

Prescott Pines Inn is lovely. The innkeepers are awesome. We have enjoyed staying at Prescott Pines Inn many times. We always look forward to returning because it is one of the guaranteed highlights of our stay in Prescott. The Inn is amazing. Every room is unique and very comfortable (ask for Chaparral if it is available and you like bears)....

My Husband and I visited Prescott, Az to celebrate out "51st" wedding anniversary and book two nights at Prescott Pines Inn B & B. Everyone associated with this property was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. I told the owner that today we would be leaving very early to miss the terrible traffic coming into the LA basin. When...

This is a quaint little spot the rooms are very clean and nice. The breakfast was very good. I would stay again i just would get a room away from the road not bad but definitely could hear the road noise of everyone going to work in the morning but this may not be an issue on the weekends

There is a good reason why the Prescott Pines Inn was rated as the best B&B for 2016. Dana was the perfect host and a great chef, the breakfasts were excellent. There are TVs in the rooms and a great selection of DVDs to borrow if you want to stay in at night. Also available are loaner bikes. Can not...

My wife and I have stayed here twice so far and plan on coming back many times. We have stayed in two different rooms and loved each one. On our first visit, we stayed in the Ponderosa. This room has plenty of space, especially if you are not planning on spending a lot of time in the room. The second...

Made the reservation online after speaking to a staff member. Cute place with individual cottages that were clean. Room needed a bit of touch up paint on the moldings leading to the bathroom. Had 2 televisions that were tiny (space would allow ALOT larger television. Bed was soft- OK. Furnishings were average. Breakfast was OK- would have preferred some home...

Dear PhxBear1, Thank you for your visit. I know you hoped to get one of our Premium King Rooms and because they were all taken, you ended up with our only mini suite on property which has a queen bed. Twice a year, we do go through each room and touch up the paint as walls and trim do get...

Somehow our reservations got cancelled for one hotel, so we ended up staying at Prescott Pines Inn by accident....what a FORTUNATE accident! This is an amazing bed and breakfast, we stayed in a little cottage type building and the room had everything we needed and then some! Beautiful grounds! And perfect hosts! If your room doesn't have something you can...

This was our second stay at this Inn, and let me tell you, they do not disappoint! We LOVE this place! The grounds are beautiful and well kept, the hospitality is through the roof, the rooms are adorable, clean and comfy! The breakfast in the morning is superb! Rates seem to be comparable to other places, but these rates include...

Breakfast at this lovely establishment was spectacular. The whole place was very clean and pretty. The outdoor patio area can easily accommodate a group of people. Our room had a kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker. The lodge on the property would be perfect for a large group, such as families traveling together or a wedding party....
