This is really a lovely place. You can get a good idea of what the rooms are like from their website, and they have a range of accommodations depending on how much room you need. We stayed in the Sagebrush, which is a smaller room, but was just perfect for my husband and me. The room and private bath were...

This place was awesome! The grounds were beautiful and very well kept, lots of seating in various areas throughout the property. Our room was adorable, freshly remodeled and very clean. Each room has its own Keurig machine with plenty of choices for coffee and tea, a flat screen TV with a DVD player. The lobby and dining area are very...

We booked the last room two weeks before the labor day weekend. This was our second stay at this bed and breakfast. It was just as great as the first stay. We were in the manzanita room this time which is much smaller than the room we had the first time. This was not a problem since the weather was...

This place is amazing! We stayed here for my Wife's Birthday and they certainly did not disappoint. They were very accommodating to us showing up outside of normal check in hours as we were coming up from the valley. We picked up our key and went to our room where we found a bottle of champagne sitting on the bed...

This is an absolutely lovely B&B. The hostesses/owners, Dawn and Lisa, are very friendly, very pleasant, obviously like what they are doing and try hard to make sure gusts are happy. We were happy. Unlike many (most?) B&Bs, the guest rooms are not in the main house. The main house contains for guests a sitting room and a dining room;...

This was our first visit to Prescott as we took a little respite from the August heat of Tucson. We could not have chosen a better place to stay. The property is lovely and conveniently located, and Dawn & Lisa are delightful and accommodating hostesses. The breakfasts are guaranteed to make you forget your diet! The shaded patio or the...

The room was very clean and nicely decorated. We stayed in the Aspen and really liked the separate living/dining room with the skylight. The bathroom/shower is updated and had great water pressure. The only complaint was the loud in-room air conditioner unit right next to the bed. It kept my husband up all night. The second night was cooler so...

Everything was perfect. We stayed in the Manzanita room. Fresh coffee and tea plus bottled water provided right in the room. The breakfast each morning was just so special. Dawn and Lisa were perfect hosts. We felt so much at home! Easy to find and if you are there for Prescott activities you are almost in the middle of everything....
