A well kept motel that was clean and very quiet... Excellent breakfast... Nice folks behind the counter... We would definitely visit again in the future... Is located about a mile and a half south of downtown.
Nice place just outside of Prescott. Off the desert and in the pines. The rooms appeared to be recently renovated in rustic western style. There was a newer building in the back with patios and balconies but we did not see what the rooms looked...More
Although this location was a ways away from our final destination we would definitely stay here again.

Don't know if they have trails that are accessible right from their parking lot, but there are numerous trails all around Prescott since you are in the middle of the Prescott National Forest. Stop by their office at 344 Cortez St. in Prescott to pick up a forest service map that will show all the ATV trails in the area. Also, the recreation use permit referred to in "tkittymomma's" answer is available on line through the State Land Department, not BLM. Have fun!
