Not much security or supervision. Guests playing loud crude music at pool in presence of children. Checked into room had to ask for another room based on location which was a shared patio . This was a waste of Hilton honor points fir sure

First timer and loved it. First of all, if flying into PHX take uber to this property, it's only $14 and takes 20 minutes. If you need a car during your stay there is an Avis right at the property so you avoid airport fees and shuttle hassles AND trying to navigate out of the airport. There is also a...

Very nice hotel centrally located with a good Southwestern atmosphere. Staff is very helpful and the food both restaurant and banquet was very good. No complaints and a good value for the money. Would stay here again.

Rooms are spacious, food is excellent, the pool was inviting, and the fitness area was the largest we had ever seen in any hotel - loved that! Plenty of parking and plenty of things to do in and around the hotel!

Quiet resort even though it's located on a busy road. The complex sprawls across a large piece of property. Room and furnishings are a little dated and are definitely in need of a significant update. Located close to many restaurants, shopping, and things to do.

This very large property isn't exactly what I'd call a resort. Located on a major roadway, it's easy to find but not a property that you can walk or luxuriate in its beauty which would be more of a resort. Room was clean and well-kept but other than the massive flat screen TV, a little dated. Did like the privacy...

The toilet in the double-queen bed rooms is only inches from the sink vanity and right in front of it. It is physically impossible for a person of ANY size/weight to stand directly in front of the sink. Inexcusable architectural blunder, especially in a facility run by Hilton. Both pools were dirty. with leaves and other detritus floating in the...

We visit the Doubletree for so many years. The hotel has recently upgraded after a major refurbishment. Better restaurant, great Starbucks, new chairs near the pool and "the Digital Key". Easy to use for your room when it's working, but I can't open three from the four pool gates with it. Also the rooms are still dated, there is a...

Checked in here for a few days while the sale of my condo closed. Of course I picked Spring Training weekend so ended up paying $ 400 a day (the Hyatt was $550!). The property is very spread out and labyrinth like so finding your room the first few times is a joy. The rooms are very comfortable and reasonably...
