We enjoyed great service and a fine, quiet night sleep at this comfortable inn. It's located amidst car dealerships, but once you walk in you feel more like you're in the tropics than a desert. Beautiful plantings and pool area. Our room was recently updated and we loved the remote control AC. Not your sanitized chain, this place has lots...

Really enjoyed our stay here. Clean and comfortable with a nice pool and atrium. Good breakfast buffet with a lot of variety and friendly, helpful staff. Close to the airport and centrally located for everything we wanted.

Family of 4 on spring break. This was our last day visiting AZ. Although I had to get a new room key (1of 2 didn't work) and the room phone didn't work, it was otherwise a clean, secure and well kept hotel. Nice pool, free breakfast. Worth the price.

This property is labeled as Mid Century, but that is often a euphonism for 'dated'..which this property is. However, it is clean, functional and located with easy access to Fashion Square and dining. Just watch the pricing because at the listed $319 per night, it would be no value, but at low $100, it is fair value. Courtyard near pool...

The hotel is maintained fairly well, however, the facilities are very dated (like from the 60's it seems like). They do have a hot breakfast but in my experience the scrambled eggs and sausages were always over dry almost to the point of being inedible. They do have wifi but it was pretty slow and somewhat flaky. The rooms are...

I trusted the higher reviews and in this case, I shouldn't have. The pool was dirty. They should invest in one of those auto cleaners. The carpet in our room was dirty. The electricity went out not only in our bathroom, but other guest bathrooms, too. Because of that, my husband couldn't see in the middle of the night and...

We arrived at about 8:30 p.m. and no one was at the front desk. We called out, no reply. My husband walked down the hall to where there were employees and they sent him back, saying the front desk worker must be helping another guest. There was actually a note on the desk stating they would be back shortly, they...

This is actually a very nice affordable hotel. The place is kept spotless; we had 3 people staying in the room and it was well cleaned every day. The courtyard and pool are every bit as pleasant and inviting as the website picture shows. An extra feature is a large aviary cage of birds, which was highly entertaining to watch....

The room was cheap, the bed was comfy and I slept pretty well, so I guess it delivered on the key aspects of what to hope for! The lady at check-in was also super nice. Unfortunately the noisy air conditioner that grumbled at me every five minutes, the fact I could hear the next door neighbours showering (it felt like...

We stayed here on our arrival to Phoenix. The hotel is close to the airport and to the Hertz car rental location which was why the hotel was selected. The room was comfortable and clean. No issues with the WiFi connection and there was no noise heard from other rooms or the courtyard, other than the sound of their budgies...
