Checking in was a nightmare...wrong keys and then right keys and a dirty room. In fairness they did their best to make this up to me, but when I checked out there was a mini bar charge on my bill (as well as a phone charge). I used neither and when I checked out I told them that. Of course... More

Beautiful hotel with friendly, attentive and courteous service. The grounds are spectacular. The golf course is beautiful and the swimming pools are great. Out room didn't have a great view but it was very large and well furnished and the bathroom was huge with a separate jacuzzi tub and walk in shower. Wonderful cactus garden and a great mountain to... This is a beautiful resort nestled in the hillside with flowing waterfalls, beautiful grounds and extremely attentive staff. We had some issues with our room which I believe was one of the more recently renovated ones (it was gorgeous but problematic!) - including: luke warm hot water for the first approx 10-15 min - it got only slightly hotter after... The upgrade to the Casita was well worth it. We had a ground floor room with a view of the pool. The rooms have recently been renovated and they did an amazing job. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Can't wait to return for another visit.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff went out there way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. My wife went to the Spa and Salon and loved it. If you stay request a room with a city/pool view. The 3rd floor mountain views are somewhat limited.

I had a one bedroom suite that opened up to the law behind the pools. What a great experience. I recommend the first floor not the second. The patio is nice plus MOST come with a fire pit. I've included some pictures. Access the all the hotel amenities is actually easier than staying in the main hotel. You can park... More

When I read the reviews it was hit or miss so since my husband wanted to stay here I didn't want to spend all 8 days here so I decided to do only 4. Thank God! Now although the grounds at the Phoenician are gorgeous! The staff is amazing. There are a lot of missing components. First big one but... More

Our room was fantastic, food was great, customer service was top notch. Played tennis with highly skilled tennis Pros. Massage therapist, Maria was outstanding. Dined at J & G Steakhouse, steak was grilled to perfection, outside seating beautiful, staff was friendly and attentive. Had visited resort 25 years ago, and its been maintained and updated well.

My husband and I were in town for only one night to attend a wedding. I had heard great things about the Phoenician, so even though it was a bit of a drive to the wedding venue, we booked our stay. I could not have been more pleased. The staff and the customer service were impeccable. The grounds were pristine.... More

We stayed at the Phoenician for 3 nights. When we drove in to the Resort we were very impressed with how beautiful it was. The grounds were clean and the plants and artwork along the drive are very attractive. Megan at the front desk was very pleasant and nice to us. We were assigned a Casita room which was steps...
