Basic hotel and rooms, which was all we wanted for a spring training trip, but LOVED the pool area. Many local resorts have small pools that are in the shade half the day. This is a nice open pool area with options to sit in the sun or shade. On weekends they have a pool side bar which is great....

This is not a 5 star hotel, but I wasn't expecting one. Located just north of Downtown Scottsdale, it is the perfect location if your going to be playing golf and going to to spring training games. Scottsdale is surround by golf courses and the hotel is within minutes of many of them, The spring training stadiums are at most...

This place is well located for food, drink, and Spring Training. The rooms are small but clean. The pool area is very nice. I had a problem with bed choices. I wanted a king with a roll away but since they were unable to guarantee that I would indeed have a roll away (was I suppose to tell my son,...

If you want a nice stay while going to spring training, do not book this motel. Although the staff is friendly, the room was bare bones. There was a broken drawer in the bureau, a cracked piece of plastic sticking out on one of the beds, the TV barely turned on or off. The second night we were there, we...

This used to be Days Inn. The transition has changed it. Our room had a broken chest of drawers, a tub that wouldn't drain and a remote for the tV that barely worked. Because of the transition there was no information on the town, the ammenities of the hotel, and smoking is allowed in the pool area. What is the...

I recently stayed in a newly renovated pool-facing room. While it was obvious the owners have tried to give it a "hard rock café" type of décor, the upgrades they did seemed sloppy. The bed, furniture, lighting, and tv were all updated and modern, & comfortable; however, the several cords running from the tv, connecting to a power strip dangling...

Stayed for one week while visiting family nearby. Fantastic location with rental car office right next door. Less than 20 mins walk to Old Town Scottsdale and 10 mins to Fashion Square. Perfect location for an early morning run by the canal before the sun gets too hot. Staff were very friendly and had no problem when there was an...

I stumbled upon the Scottsdale Inn when some original plans feel through after we arrived. I found there accommodations to be very comfortable and their pool amazing. We stayed in a recently remodeled room with direct access to the pool. The staff was very accommodating and location was great for quick access to downtown Scottsdale area and only 2 blocks...

First day - Receptionist seemed irritated we were there. Took a while to give us any attention. Room was extremely small. Instead of queen beds they were full beds. There was water damage - furniture appeared to have been purchased from a "Katrina" sale. Room showed water damage in the roof. The door was damaged and not repaired from where...
