This review is for the 2bd2ba suite, which is basically 2 suites with a connecting door. The first suite has a master bedroom with a King size bed and a jacuzzi hot tub in the bathroom. It also has a nice fireplace that can be operated via a wall switch, a large sitting room, and a fully equipped kitchen. The second suite is a junior studio with a full size bed and a pull-out sofa bed, a small kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. Both suites have balconies facing opposite directions. For us one faced the golf course and the other the parking lot and other buildings across the parking lot. This suite was perfect for our family of four with older kids. Each kid had his/her own bed, and they didn’t have to listen to their parents snore! My main concern was the comfort on the sofa bed. My son said that it was a little too firm but he was so tired he hardly felt anything and slept well. We were given enough linen to make one sofa bed. The sofa bed looked fairly new, the mattress was the typical 4-5in mattress, and there was a padded mattress topper to make it with. It was grand to soak in the jacuzzi after a day of hiking, and we all took turns doing that. We also used the kitchen to make hot coco at night and to toast bagels in the morning - it was fully equipped and we lacked for nothing. I loved the fireplace, loved working on my computer and watching TV with the family with it on. But my favorite part is this: At night, I could hear wild animals outside on the golf course - packs of wolves or coyotes maybe - howling, barking or fighting - and when I looked outside, all I saw were stars, some as bright as the moon, lighting up the whole dark sky. This place was special. We had a great time here. The location is close to all the attractions - Bell Rock, Cathedral Rock, and the Chapel - and away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. And we got it for a song compared to the other properties in Sedona! The concierge told me that Hilton just bought them, which I’m not surprised about as it’s a lovely and classy property. Not sure how long the price will stay this long but I’m glad we got it when we did. I would definitely stay here again the next time we come to Sedona.

Watched out there was additional charges that facility charged which was not refundable!! My credit card was charge for another 115 and only 50 was refunded. Not sure why? When I left the facility was good condition and no damage. The front office was nice but not telling the whole truth. Facility was clean.

Our stay at the Ridge at Sedona Golf Resort was great! It is located in the Village of Oak Creek area of Sedona. It is in a quieter area. We stayed at a lock off 2 room upstairs unit. The master bedroom had 1 king bed and a bathroom with a shower and spa tub. Our unit had a patio facing the golf course. The other bedroom had a queen bed, a small kitchen with a stovetop (no oven) and fridge, bathroom with a walk in shower. We did most of our cooking in the main kitchen (it had a stove, oven, kitchen, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker). The unit had a stackable washer/dryer, 3 TV’s and a dvd player. I requested a mid-week room cleaning 24 hours prior to the day we’d like (you have a choice of specific times). I guess this is how they do it as a covid precaution to make sure you are out of your room. They can use some upgrading of the kitchen and bathroom cabinets. SGR is located 7 minutes to the Bell Rock trailhead, about 15’ from Uptown Sedona, 20’ from Safeway and Coffeepot trail in West Sedona, 30’ from Slide Rock State Park.

When we arrived at the hotel after a long travel day, the Concierge Desk offered us "discounts" at local attractions and restaurants. To get the discounts, we would need to attend the TimeShare presentation which they said was 90 minutes but was really two hours. They charged my credit card for some of the attractions. We cancelled our appointment for the TimeShare presentation, did not use the discounts, and asked for a refund of the credit card charges. They printed out refund vouchers but did not refund to my credit card. I have contacted my credit card company and after one month the issue is still in dispute.

Enjoyed our stay - we had two studio units, and a 1 bedroom. All units clean, comfortable, and well stocked. The beds were super comfortable. Our one bedroom had a oven issue but within 15 minutes parts and a new oven were brought in. Maintenance guys were outstanding ! Staff was friendly at chk in. Our view in the one bedroom was fab - on the golf course with the red rocks. We were main floor and the studios were 2nd floor- they faced the parking lot but had some views of the mtns. It was a great base for three couples and we loved the hot tubs at the end of the day. Would def stay again !!!
