My daughter and I recently stayed here. The condo itself was nice but housekeeping definitely did not go through it thoroughly. We arrived later in the evening, it was so nice to have wood already in the condo, so we were able to have a wonderful fire in the fireplace. Unfortunately, there were so many lights either our or missing, it diminished our experience. Every room had at least one or two lights not working. We were also unable to lock the deadbolt from the outside and it was very difficult to turn from the inside. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. Nice having coffee in the morning on the deck.
This was our 3rd time staying at Junipine, when we first stayed here, it was the nicest place we have ever stayed. 7 years later, there is a lot of decline evident. Most of all, the carpet has not been replaced and had a musty smell. Doors, cupboards and the bathroom also showed wear. It is still in an amazing location with a very good staff, but we don't think it was worth what we paid per night.
Had high expectations for a weekend get away with my wife. Great location north of town. We stayed in unit 44. There was an extra charge for this creek view room. the weeds were so thick that if I walked to one end of the wrap around deck I could see about a 3 foot square piece of the creek. If I walked to the other end of the deck I could see a small piece of the red rock mountain. I booked a king 2 bath unit. The master was nice sized but the carpet wad worn and dirty. The second bathroom was locked so could not be used. My wife sat in one of the living room lounge chairs and immediately got runny eyes and a stuffy nose, the fabric was filthy. The hot tub had a little water in it and was full of dirt/debris. Although the hard floors looked clean the bottoms of my feet got black.…
My family and I had so much fun at Junipine. We stayed in a creek view which was bigger than expected. The view from our balcony was so nice and sitting down by the creek was even nicer. The staff were super friendly. Everything was clean and up to date maintenance wise. Overall great trip we will be back!
I don’t know where to begin with this wonderful place. Being tucked up in the canyon away from all the busy Sedona traffic makes it for a relaxing time. The cabin was beautiful as it was not what I was expecting. All of the cabins are individually owned so they have their own special touches to them. Toiletries, kitchen and towels were well stocked. I have nothing bad to say about this place. The front desk staff is very pleasant and were full of helpful information. 10/10 would recommend and will be returning!
