This is a great place to stay. our 1 bedroom was very spacious, love that we had a stackable washer and dryer. The kitchen had everything we needed . We were so close to the tranquility pool and hot tub, which was for adults only, and there are 2 others for families located on the property. We were with in walking distance from a few trails, so handy. Yes cellular service is sketchy but I have been coming to Sedona for years and it is sketchy everywhere, unless you are out a trail in the open, the higher the better.

Resort is great. Views in Sedona are world famous. Weather is winter is cold as you would expect. Recommend travel in spring, summer or fall. Tours of area are great. Restaurants are outstanding. Great area for hiking and mountain biking

Just finished a full one-week stay in one of the Mesa Suites. Check-in was quick and friendly and initially was very happy with the upgraded suite. Nice layout with plenty of space, comfortable King-sized bed and large bathroom. First issue I noticed was the TV picture. All the channels were broadcasting on 480i (Standard analog), instead of HDTV 1080i. Relatively new and large TV, so I knew it was something to do with installation. Second thing we noticed was the ceiling fan in bedroom was "wobbling" on its axis in medium and high speeds making it completely unsafe at those speeds. We called for maintenance who arrived within an hour. The young gentleman looked like he had no idea what I was talking about when I mentioned the issue with the TV reception and just told me he could "reset" the tv to see if that fixed it. I knew it probably would not, but let him go ahead anyway. After trying to work on the ceiling fan, he came out and told us that he needed a taller ladder and would be right back....Well, we waited an hour and a half, and he never returned. We left for the day thinking he would have returned after we left, but he never came back and never left any note. The TV took over an hour to reset and I had to complete the reset process myself, but now the TV had a bunch of scrambled channels added to the guide, and still was broadcasting in 480i. Friends in the building next door, also in a Mesa Suite, had crystal clear 1080i on their TV's....The following day, we notice our heat was not working. Called front desk again, and informed them of the heat situation, and the fact that our Maintenace technician from the previous day never fixed our issues. They apologized and sent someone over shortly. The new technician stated our heating unit was broken, and that since it was on the roof of the building, that they could not repair it at that time and would need to wait until the next day. Instead, they brought a portable oil heater and placed it in the living room area. It was missing one wheel, which they balanced with a rock from the landscape outside. We survived the night with the portable unit and left the next day before maintenance returned. When we got home around 4:00 pm, the heater was working; and they took the portable unit with them but left the "rock" on the floor. In addition, they failed to fix the ceiling fan or the TV. We just let it be and operated the fan on low speed the rest of the stay. Lastly, although the grounds were relatively clean, I picked up multiple small pieces of trash outside my front door and porch area, after they were still there three days into our stay. There was an area along the stairs where someone had smoked and just thrown their butts onto the stones that were there all week (see picture). At least a dozen butts. Maids must have seen them just as easily as I did, but I guess they were overwhelmed and maybe short staffed. A good resort overall with nice views and hot tubs, but if they can just get the maintenance issues fixed, it would be a great resort.

The studio with partial kitchen was perfect for our one week stay in Sedona. We were able to get exactly what we needed from the grocery store and the kitchen had the pots, pans and utensils we needed to cook all our meals. We used the gas grills once too.The electric ignitor didn’t work, so we had to remove the grates and use a lighter. The hot tub was warm and inviting. It was comfortable but could stand to be a little warmer. Half the jets didn’t work, but the half that did felt great! The whole resort area is very clean and well maintained. I would definitely stay here again.

We came with a family of 4 young adults and parents. Had two units. We put together the dishes from both units to feed everyone. Beds were comfortable. Havalinas rooted under our windows in the early morning.
