Two couples stayed in unit 426, a two-bedroom deluxe suite with kitchen and every amenity possible. Everything was clean and organized. Beds were superb. I lost count of the number of large-screen TV's. Fake fireplace was cute (projects an image of flames somehow). However it was very dark inside, few windows make the main room poorly lit. Two closest pools...

This was our 2nd trip to Sedona in 2 years and firmly believe that the Sedona Summit is one of the best resorts in the area. It is a timeshare resort but we were only there for 4 nights and paid the going rate. Although we own a timeshare in Virginia, there was no high pressure sales pitch to tour...

On the positive side: Location, beautiful surroundings and resort "campus", good views, relatively close to town centre, helpful staff On the negative side: The meeting with concierge who tries to sell you time-shares could have waited until after we had gotten some time to rest in the room itself.

This is a time share property owned by Diamond Resorts. Our friends used their points for a two bedroom suite. I'll begin with the positives and the negatives and then provide some narrative. Pros: Very easy access through Cottonwood. Location convenient on 89a with restaurants nearby. Near-by hiking trails. Two master suites, full kitchen, clothes washer/dryer in unit, comfortable beds/pillows,...

We were fortunate to get a 5 night stay in a one-bedroom for $600 through VRBO in mid-May. The place was well equiped for eating in, quiet, comfortable, and in a perfect location just 5 miles south of downtown. Our 19 y.o. daughter stayed in the main room on the pull-out, which was a temperpedic; she was very pleased, and...

We were booked for the weekend here and were very happy. We had a Studio type condo as we were just 2 persons. Room was fully equipped to eat in if you wished . Everything was clean and comfy. Might be about 7 minutes by car South of downtown. The resort had several lovely pools to relax by. The staff...

Just returned from this Diamond Resorts property. It was lovely. It has a resort like setting. The grounds were very well maintainted. We stayed in the newest section. It was very well appointed. The staff there are all wonderful, especially Claudia at the front desk. My only negative is that the "concierge" staff are a little to persistent in trying...

I stayed here in October 2014 for a weekend with my parents and husband as part of a trip to Arizona. First off, I should mention that my property rating is based on the room accommodations we had. Based on the other TA reviews I am confident I'd give my experience a higher rating if I were in a different...

The accommodations were very nice, and we had a great time. The only issue was the time share presentation. They told us it would be a 90 minute presentation but actually was 3 hours. They said no pressure but that's not true. We will never sign up for that again.

First you need to know that to check in go to the second building on the right within the complex, the first one is wrong. Upon arrival at the front desk of this resort owned by the Diamond Resorts time share organization, which I reserved on Orbitz, we were greeted by a very nice front desk manager who was helpful,...
