When we arrived at the Inn, we were greeted by the receptionist (? Meredith) who was very efficient & helpful. The bedroom portion of the room was very adequate; bed was very comfortable and the sliding door looked out over the downtown area and the beautiful Sedona mountains. Unfortunately, the bathroom was outdated and extremely small. In addition, there was...

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Ryan the evening clerk was as courteous and helpful as could be. Did everything we asked and helped us out in many ways. He is an asset to the hotel. Superb views from our balcony and people watching was at its best. Close to restaurants and walking distance to all of the shops....

Location of hotel was perfect..on the north side of Sedona facing Snoopy Rock. Close to many shops, restaurant and tour offices. Front office staff very friendly, full of knowldege and accommodating. Sleeping area was large with two beds, couch, chair, table, dresser, and night stand. Bathroom and vanity were separated which was great at the actual bath area was small...

I booked this hotel based on a previous stay 8 years ago. I remembered the wonderful balcony views of Snoopy Rock and that it was very clean. We arrived a bit later than expected due to flight delays, but still before the office closed. Our room was large, clean and had been updated since our last stay. Unfortunately parking IS...

The Matterhorn Inn has a great location in East Sedona. The view from the motel balcony is amazing and there is great shopping in dining without having to drive. You can also connect with many tours in the area without having to take your car. Even though the motel is on a busy street, it is quiet at night. I...

I had stayed at this hotel back in 2011 by myself and kept promising my family that I'd bring them all here for an extraordinary experience. When I stayed a few years ago it was a 5 star hotel. Balconies overlooking the main street, extraordinary attention to detail by the hotel staff and cleaning crew, and very courteous, helpful staff....

This hotel has a great location. It's in uptown Sedona, which is where most of the tourist shopping is. The hotel is also close to lots of great restaurants and great views. Ask for a room on the second floor with a balcony. Kick back in a chair and just relax. You are only steps away from food and shopping....

We wanted to stay downtown but was hesitant because of prices! This hotel was reasonably priced (for Sedona) and I must admit I was apprehensive. This is definitely a no frills hotel, although our room had a mini fridge, coffee maker, and blow dryer. The room was small but clean. The most amazing thing was the balcony and the view!...

Your nice room comes with a gorgeous view, valuable parking spot, and puts you in walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Driving and parking in the Sedona area is challenging and you won't have to deal with that.
