Amazing views and fantastic food; must dine in and try their food. Bartender, chief, and waiter are fire! Pool and common areas were amazing. Service Staff are amazing. Creekside is breathtaking. So close to all of the activities. Breakfast in bed recommended. One negative: maintenance for cleaning room service post-arrival was terrible. Be very specific of your expectations of room cleaning service when you need cleaning.

Hotel had a great view and customer service. However there were several areas that just fell short from what I was expecting at this price point. Walls were very dirty, “complementary” valet was more expensive than of benefit, and they did not use a bottom sheet! My feet rubbed on a plastic bed liner nightly unless I remade the whole bed myself!

Stayed here for 2 nights the room was clean and well equipped it was a lil cold out but the pool is heated and my kids enjoyed it and the view is breath taking very relaxing they even have a creek staff is nice and friendly their restaurant is good too had breakfast one day didn’t get to have dinner there but definitely looking in to coming back once it gets warmer

We loved this resort. We had just gotten engaged and the staff made sure we felt extra special. All the little touches, such as a framed photo of our engagement, were more than we could've dreamed of. The resort's breakfast is incredible! The regular room's bathrooms are a touch dated. Try to get a Creek side suite... its so peaceful and stunning.

The service and employees were absolutely great. Food at the restaurant is wonderful, although some items are a bit overpriced (>$5 for a black coffee). The location of this hotel is absolutely beautiful with easy access to the river below. We had a room with a spa tub. When we turned on the Jets in the tub, copious amounts of organic material was expelled from the jets- indicating that this tub was not properly cleaned or maintained. Also, housekeeping entered our room to clean and left the door ajar (deadbolt locked, but door open) when they left. I’m sure this was inadvertent, but a major security issue nonetheless. Luckily nothing was missing. Overall, this place is beautiful, but would be hesitant to return after the issues we experienced.
