After several stays in Sedona, we found our spot! Sedona Village Lodge is a lovely place to stay. We stayed in an affordable upstairs' suite. We were pleasantly surprised how nice it was when we arrived. Separate bedroom, kitchenette with seating for two at the counter, pull-out sofa and chair, and the pièce de résistance a fireplace that turns on... More

What initially drew us to the Sedona Village Lodge was the affordable price, but what had us return was the clean, quaint feel of the rooms and John's (the Innkeeper) friendly and accommodating manner. As noted in previous reviews, wifi is a bit wonky, but a member of our party mentioned that he had a Skype business call to make... More

I booked a room at the Village Lodge per the advice of another TripAdvisor reviewer. The hotel is more like rooms for rent than a hotel that has a lobby, pool, room service, etc. That was fine for me. I reserved a King Suite (#12). It was like a small apt. The first room consisted of the living room, with... More

For starters the staff is very friendly. They were helpful and accommodating for my last minute stay. Second, the room we had was very clean. Usually when you stay at inexpensive places, they aren't very clean but this one was clean and cozy. It met any basic needs. Fridge and microwave was a plus!

First, I have to admit I was there on Labor Day weekend--bad idea. Second, it was inexpensive, which is good. And the owner was friendly and pleasant. Since Sedona has annexed neighboring villages, Village Lodge can claim a Sedona address. But, it's 8 miles to center of Sedona. I was there for a friend's wedding, so had to travel to... More

For the price I was expecting more. A throwback to old style hotels. No vending or ice machine. The is a ice tray in the small fridge, but the water doesn't taste good. (Not the hotels issue) Cleaning people left my room unlocked after they cleaned. POOR WIFI. Small 19 inch old TV. Hotel could use updating. But if you... More

Amazing view! Every time we come here we are treated like royalty! Clean rooms very quite. refrigerator and microwave in room. Super relaxing. Walking distance to so many great food and shopping places. There's even a place in same complex to rent bikes! Our favorite less then 5 minute walk to Bell Rock!

Simple, no frills place in a nice location. We walked to the Courthouse Butte/Bell Rock hiking area without moving the car. Had mini-fridge & microwave but no breakfast included. Main complaint was very poor wi-fi- we never were able to connect to the internet which was supposedly included.Try one of the restaurants in the adjacent plaza if you need wifi... More

The price for this lodge is right but you do get what you pay for. The rooms are small, no place to put clothes, you live out of your suitcase literally. The plumbing has some issues, keep plunger handy. Beds are hard and uncomfortable, pillows are flat. My wife was practically crying after she woke up from very little sleep.... More
