Absolutely beautiful RV park. Raging creek/ river runs adjacent to park. Large mature trees, nice and helpful staff. Park has two sites with lower prices due to no sewer hook ups, pay less if ur rig is self contained, also takes discount cards. 1/4 mile easy walk to town. Gravel sites are level, adjacent lot is OK for doggie walk,...

Very pricey. They add extra charges for pets, too, so it can quickly add up. But you're literally around the corner from the town of Sedona, so you get great location. Sites are not very large in general and many are very awkward to get into with a rig larger than 30 feet. The concrete slabs are "patios" for picnic...

Great location, nice layout. You can walk into town or up the hill for fantastic red rock vistas and hiking. Creek running through property gives it an extra special feeling. Can not burn gas fire pits. Quiet and secluded, will return again.

This is our second time to stay at Rancho Sedona RV Park. It is an awesome place to stay. Very well maintained. Workers there cleaning and maintaining the park the whole time. Very close to downtown Sedona. They are strict with rules but it keeps it so peaceful and clean. Yes we do have a dog and followed the strict...

Well-spaced roomy spots most with shade from tall trees. Grounds and rest room clean but only 2 stalls and 3 showers for women. Quiet! and not too many lights, important for those of us in popup trailers made of white canvas. And great access to Sedona. Make your reservation well in advance! Only complaint: wifi as bad as other RV...

This is a nice RV park, and very quiet. There are lots of trees throughout, and it's kept very tidy. The bathrooms are clean, and the showers are very good. It's easy walking distance to restaurants and some galleries. Also near some great hiking, like just about everywhere in Sedona. There are loads of signs everywhere about the dozens of...

There were good things about staying at Rancho Sedona. The treed location by the river is beautiful and very quiet. We visited when the autumn colour was at its peak, and enjoyed Site # 71 for its absolute riverside location. (However, beware of the tree partly blocking access so we had to back in at an angle.) On the other...

I have to admit that the rv park is very nice, clean and manageable...but hard to make reservations...always full. So plan 6 to seven months (If you can) ahead of time to stay here. All the Sedona shops are near by as well has the restaurants. Be nice and follow the rules....be aware of what you do....ne nice.to the staff....or...

This is a pleasant location within reasonable walking distance of Sedona centre (once you work out where the footpath is rather than following the road) but I have never stayed anywhere with so many do's and don't's - at check-in you receive a list underlined and in-bold of all the things you should and shouldn't do. It was all basic...

Nice park, all the amenities necessary for a stay in town, very well manicured and maintained. Friendly staff, Cindy was helpful and communicated well when our itinerary changed, very busy and full. We had to be flexible and check in daily in advance of our trip hoping for cancelations to accommodate us, it worked out. Adequate for our stay, but...
