This is a simple motel. There are small basic rooms, nothing fancy. Price is great for Sedona. Another thing I like is there's no "2 night minimum stay" like at a lot of the other hotels in the area.

I didn't have any problems reaching anyone. I paid $125 + tax and my visit was last week. This place is not like a regular hotel in that no one answers the phone 24/7. I'd try late morning or afternoon. Hope this helps!
