Nice and clean but needs new pillows and more of them. I would stay there again. if you go to the steakhouse down the street for dinner be sure to ask how much the special is before you order it. I ordered the special and it was the worse 75 dollar steak ever. The spa across the street was fabulous and owner Jill was very hospitable and kind to us girls.

GreenTree Inn Sedona is a very basic property that is very affordable, clean, and right in the middle of Sedona for easy access to wherever you need to go. We have stayed at this property twice and I recommend it.

My father, my dog and I stayed at the Green Tree Inn in late December. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and the room was medium sized. I could see how this would be a great place in other seasons with a front deck, the pool and hot tub. However, in the cold winter, my basic room price totaling $300 seemed quite steep for the basic hotel room. Other than that, the place was fine. The breakfast was fine - we just grabbed oatmeal and coffee on our way out the door. Front desk staff had masks sort of on - often around the chin or below the nose.

We liked the bed, very comfortable. Room and location very nice. The breakfast was not good at all. Frozen packaged burrito you heated up yourself. Only 2 tables in the bfast area. A huge disappointment. They needed more breakfast staff to provide a decent breakfast and a much larger dining space.

We booked the King Suite, and it was perfect for our family to spread out over our 4 night stay. We would come back from the day’s adventures, and being on top of each other is the last thing we wanted. We took advantage of the kitchenette and stopped to buy a few groceries on our first night as well. The shower was hot and the room was clean. The room has hard floors throughout, and there aren’t any rugs, which got a bit chilly at night. Our room also had its own entrance, and it was nice to park the car only steps from the door. Overall, we were happy with our stay, and i would book the King Suite again!
