We arrived late afternoon, after a long flight and drive up, to find a neat, clean property with an extremely friendly staff. We were not pleased with our room and the front desk staff quickly accommodated our request to change. The room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. There is an issue with all first floor rooms at this property...obviously...

Sedona is laid out in a long patern along two roads - 179 and 89A. The Arabella is near the south end. A nice walk North takes you to many shops, galleries and restaurants without taking you to the more commercial area on 89A. Its a large property with multiple buildings. The main Inn has great views. Rooms are spacious...

Thank you for leaving us your feedback. I'm glad you enjoyed your stay with us! We are a rather large property; we're one of the largest hotels in Sedona with 144 rooms situated on 8 acres of property. This gives us the space for two pools and two hot tubs, plus our Sunset Vista with it's fire pit and 360...

This was our second trip to Sedona, our first trip we stayed at a bed and breakfast but this time we have the boys 19&15 with us so we wanted a place with enough space for all of us and a price that didn't kill the pocket. While looking for places to stay Arabella caught my eye because we had...

Overall nice property with nice grounds and good breakfast included. I booked a room trail head view and bathroom with jacuzzi tub As it was advertised as bigger with good view and jacuzzi tub. The room looked good and updated until I got to the bathroom and sink area. The condition of the jacuzzi was unacceptable and no one would...

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, Vince. I'm glad to hear you enjoyed our Trailhead room with a view, but I'm sorry your experience with our bathrooms left you wanting. We will be upgrading our bathrooms soon, and all the bathroom fixtures will be replaced, bathroom lighting upgraded and updated, and everything new, clean, and...

For ~$200, you're better off staying across the street for half the price and getting the same product. The rooms are outdated and the service is average at best. If you like showers, this isn't the place for you- I've had similar shower conditions in the Thailand jungle. Looking for a "nice" view(you're in Sedona- everywhere has an incredible view),...

Thank you for leaving us a review, Bryan. I'm sorry to hear about your stay with us. Not having a relaxing shower is frustrating. We will soon renovate all the bathrooms in the hotel, and we plan on updating the rooms as well. Hopefully you'll come try us again after we've finished our renovations. I have a feeling you'll really...

This place is fantastic. Service and accommodations are top notch. Free breakfast has huge selection and well beyond normal. Great hotel gym, nice pool areas and free beach cruisers to town. Lobby had coffee, hot and ice tea and wayer. Great firepits for lounging. Even its own hiking trail. I travel all the time and can't fathom why this place...

We recently spent 5 nights at the Arabella, and have really great memories of the staff and all services! The front desk were very welcoming, and Jackie is a fantastic concierge. Jackie looked into all our questions promptly and made our planning fun! Breakfast was bountiful and delicious. The complimentary use of bicycles was one of our favourite things, we...

Upon arrival at the hotel we found it difficult to find our room even though we were armed with a map from registration. The front desk person seemed unfriendly. This is a great hotel, well maintained, upscale, and with large comfortable rooms (some with balconies). We got a queen single and it was great, good size, on the second floor of building "F", with a balcony and a view of the rocks. There are a couple of cons: Parking is a hassle; the restaurant on site is very popular...

Thank you so much for leaving us your feedback, F T. I'm glad to hear you enjoyed your stay with us. A note on our breakfast: Elote Café is not a part of the hotel. We spent 3 nights at this hotel during the spring break. We rented a 2 queen beds room. Room size and decor is ok, beds are comfortable. Room was quiet. Our building did not have an elevator. Hot breakfast was included in the price but the quality was just ok. Overall it was an ok stay.

Thank you for leaving us a review! I'm glad you enjoyed our rooms and bed, but I'm sorry to hear your stay with us was just "ok".
