Not as great as advertised.   The hotel is supposed to be dog-friendly, but the exercise area for dogs is overgrown with some kind of brambles that stick to everything. A lot of the other dog-friendly features listed on BringFido.com simply don't exist.  (This is not unusual in the travel world.) The complimentary breakfast is very limited (cold cereal and... More

One night stay here at the end of September. Room was clean and efficient. All employees were very friendly except the gentleman who checked us in. He was pretty grouchy. Breakfast included, hostess very nice. We would stay here again.

This was my second visit to this hotel and, as usual, we loved it! Great breakfast with a lot of choices. Clean and comfortable rooms and a really beautiful fire pit to socialize around. Love the views and my dog is very happy there

If you want fancy keep going. We found it very charming and comfortable. Yes the bathroom is small and the sink is low, but the tile is beautiful and i love the swinging shutter doors that give whimsy and a little privacy at the dressing/sink area. The view out most of the rooms is incredible! So nice to sit around... More

We stayed there on a Friday night it was charming, it was clean, the host was very friendly and accommodating, breakfast in the morning was amazing and the staff was so friendly. We will make sure to stay there again on our next visit to tombstone! The views were breath taking and the fire pit was an added bonus.

I liked the throwback motel. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Make sure you have your own soap, it smells like Mennen deodorant, gross. The bathroom was clean too. it was good for the one night I stayed. I would have preferred to stay in town if I had realized how far it was, that I couldn't walk... More

Thanks for your review of your stay with us. So sorry that the soap was not to your liking. That's a first for us ! Tombstone does close early compared to the old days when it was going on 24 hours a day. This town has some of the friendliest folks in the world. Sorry that you had such a... More

We stayed here two night and had a very good stay. Not fancy but the rooms were clean and comfortable. The view was amazing and the convenience to the sights was very good. The morning breakfast was very good and not your usual continental breakfast. You got to chose from menu and the food was hot and the servers were... More

We (my gf, her dog, and I) recently traveled to Tombstone this past weekend for my birthday. Neither of us have ever been and upon researching dog friendly hotels the lookout lodge was one of the top rated, however upon arriving it is very apparent that although they are dog friendly they are NOT people friendly. I had made a... More

Hotel is less then 5 minutes to all the tourists sites in Tombstone. The hotel is dated but has free breakfast and nice people working there. The hotel is pet friendly which was great since I took my dog with us. I I would stay here again should I go there in the future.

Hotel turned out to be a motel style hotel with outside walkways outside your room. However, the room was clean and spacious and the bathroom a bit ancient but clean and everything worked. Breakfast was served by a real character of a lady who was very chatty and also efficient. Food at breakfast was fine. We were on the second... More
