Gardens and outlying areas are nicely located for a cool walk on the sidewalks. we had so much fun at the ``rancho`` (is this place next to the pool area where you can take your own drinks and stuff to cook at the grill over there. if you want you can also get service from the restaurant over there

This place looks great and appears to be welcoming. But with the exception of a delightful staff, the place is a fraud. Everything in the bad reviews is true. The breakfast is limited and not very good for a $100 bucks a night. The swimming pool was filthy and no umbrellas. The rooms are small. My AC leaked. It is...

The staff and grounds and courtesy shown us at this find sandwiched between the 2 little Unpaved roads that are the funky beach town of Dominical was just wonderful! Our experience was perfect from arriving before noon on a Friday, being encouraged to use the changing rooms/pool until a room could be readied for us, very clean classic Costa Rican...

Very pleasant stay in clean accommodations. Attentive staff and nice pool with breakfast included. Safe parking on the grounds. It is located right in town so walking everywhere was not a problem. We would stay there again.

THIS IS NOT A 3 STAR HOTEL. For $112 for a double room the size of a shoe box with windows that let every sound come, Luke warm shower, you'll be better off going anywhere else. Old, cheap, sad, outdated facilities that I would expect To pay $45 tops.

Let's start with the positive. The staff here is warm, welcoming, friendly and accommodating. Arriving "home" to this hotel after adventures, we would be greeted by Juan like we were old friends. Great staff can't overcome a rundown facility, though. And this building is miserable. The rooms are dark and rundown. Our room was right by the surf shop, darkened...

The Diuwak is a budget hotel near the beach in Dominical, Costa Rica. Not our usual kind of place, but for a budget hotel, we were very pleased. The room was extremely clean, hospitality was wonderful and the little restaurant had very good food where you are always greeted with a smile.

The room was small, pretty standard costa rica room. AC was good, Wifi didnt really work well i dont think it reached room 100%. Hot shower. Property is pretty nice. Breakfast included was ok. At 80-90$ its pretty expensive for what it is. I think at 60$ range it would be more reasonable because we stayed at 90$ hotel in...

Terrible time at hotel diuwak. We had booked 2 nights through trip advisor and ended up just leaving after the first night. The room was so small and the walls were so thin. You could hear everyone in full conversation, toilets flushing, etc. at night there was something that continued to drop onto the tin roof, our thoughts were coconuts....

Dominical is a funky little surf town with unpaved streets. I was delightfully surprised to find the Duiwak Hotel in the mist of hostels. The grounds are clean and nicely landscaped. The standard room was small, but more than adequate for two people, although the lighting was dim. Breakfast was included at the restaurant- a typical Tico style. Alexandrea, our...
