My boyfriend and I saw a great price on Gilt, thought the grounds looked amazing and booked with out even looking at reviews or researching Lake Atitlan, or Guatemala for that matter. I saw some reviews that definitely made me worried, but we left beyond satisfied and definitely looking forward to another stay. If you're looking for a gorgeous, romantic,...

I was so excited to originally use this hotel. I had been emailing their "manager" David prior to my arrival, when he helped me book tours and transport. Everything seemed to be okay until myself and two friends showed up. We immediately could tell that there was no one in charge of operating the hotel and the manager David did...

Unbelief stay. We had a wonderful time. So relaxing and the food excellent. The hike up the volcano in the back to relaxing hammocks was one the most special days. The rooms have spectacular views. I would highly recommend this hotel - and ask David for anything you need. The staff was great.

This place is truly breath taking. the view you have in your room and on the dock are so nice that you think its fake. The staff were super friendly and the rooms are extremely beautiful. It has a hot tub outside and a pool next to the lake.

We fell in love with this place. It is magical simply said! The views alone are euphoric. If you are planning a trip to Guatemala, you have to visit lake Atitlan and stay at this lodge! It is one of the top lodges in the world rated by National Geographic. Once you enter this piece of paradise you will understand...

I have been to many hotels and resorts around the world, but there is something magical about the Laguna Lodge Eco Resort! Not to mention the absolutely stunning view of the lake and volcanos, but the food was to die for, and our Villa was incredible. The decor around the Resort was alluring, and offered such a relaxing environment. We...

This place is absolutely beautiful and is a fun experience getting to the lodge in the boat. I don't recommend you pay the $40 round trip for the private boat if it's not included in your package or necessarily pay for the parking they suggest. For one person on the public boat, the cost is between $2 USD and $3...

Booked a four night stay here through Groupon and was very excited! However, after reading some reviews we started to have some doubts. We arrived and we're greeted with a delicious fresh fruit juice with a tour while our bags were being taken to our room. The room is beautiful and clean, stocked with complimentary water, towels, robes, shampoo/conditioner, and...
