We wanted our money back, after some hours, my husband and I've realized the water is cold. The manager said that she can't give us the money back....old blankets, dirty shower....just the view is nice

We stayed for 4 nights and it was perfect for us. We had a basic room on the top of the hotel with a great view on the lake, with hamacs. Hot shower, private bathroom, room with 2 doubles beds, free and good wifi, great location. Gladys is very friendly and helpfull. A very affordable place for backpackers.

We stumbled across this place after being turned away from the San Antonio, which was full. Serendipity! We were first shown a room in the section of the hotel that's undergoing restoration. It's across the street from the lakeside portion. We rejected the offered room, even at $9 a night. That's when we were shown a lakeside room for $19....

The only thing I liked with this place was the hangout area. Many chairs, couches and wifi. I didn't like the rooms. Dirty feeling over all and the beds we're pretty bad. Didn't really understand who was working there, not good service at all. Can be nice to visit the hang out area of this hostel if you are I...

My friend and I stayed here for three nights at 100Q per night for a room with two double beds and bathroom. Our room didn't have a view of the lake and it wasn't clean at all. The kitchen which was available for communal use was incredibly dirty and unusable. Our room was also lacking in a hangout area such...

I used to love this place. I moved into a room with a view and a lot of windows. But with the endless construction across the street, this room is a nightmare during the day. They won't give a discount for the noise, and in addition the giant orange tubes pointing up for the new bathrooms interfere with the view....

My husband and I only stayed in San Pedro la Laguna for one night on our way to Antigua. This was a fine choice for a one night stay. There is a great view of the lake from the rooftop, but bring a long sleeve because it can get windy up there. The hotel itself was dilapidated, but there was...

Inexpensive and clean, although pretty run down. The view from the roof is very good. The staff brought blankets without being asked as it was a cold and blustery night. Two hundred character requirement.

Nice and clean room with lake view for 80Q. Bathrooms and kitchen kept in good condition. A nice view from the Rooftop common area. Warning, don't take a room at the neighbours property. The sister hostel is dirty and you don't get access to the clean bathroom nor kitchen

We booked this hotel and paid for 5 nights ( 500q ). The room had a lovely view but thats about it. The doorway wasn't sealed all the way through and there were gaps which haven't prevented insects as spiders and ants all over the bed / showers head etc. The biggest problem was when on the second night there,...
