Loved the privacy and charm of this little cottage . Breakfast was delicious and plentiful . Hotel staff are helpful and gracious . Only thing I am not too fond of is the road to the hotel . Too bumpy for me .

Loved the atmosphere, the company of those around, and the private beach The road there was a little rough but with our economy size car, and slow driving, we made it fine and saw a bobcat! Stone cottage was a great experience.

My wife and I spent the last few days of our annual Baja Sur vacation at Villa del Faro, and we could not have been happier. While some may balk at the "roughing it" aspect of being in a remote area of the East Cape, we are all for it. We stayed two nights in the stone beach cottage, and...

Nice eco-friendly hotel. Beautiful Mexican decoration with nice, comfortable rooms at a very beautiful location. The owners and staff are very friendly and polite. Ideal for romantic and relaxing vacations. The food is served at specific time but is good quality, well cooked and tasty. The prices could be a bit cheaper especially for food and drinks. And it was...

The hotel was amazing every detail was perfect. I have already recommended the hotel to my special friends as it is a one of a kind place. The staff was very polite and helpful and the food was some of the best I had in baja. Honestly I have never seen such a place with such beauty, peace and serenity....

Villa del Faro exceeded my expectations. After spending a week in a five star property in Cabo Bello, we drove to Villa del Faro, arriving at night to a spectacular moonrise and waking up to a gorgeous sunrise. Quiet super chill and relaxed mornings, five mile walks on the beach where we did not see one other person, swims in...

We're glad you enjoyed your stay with us, and look forward to host you again next time you're on the East Cape. Thanks for the review!

This is the best get-away-from-it-all B&B in the Baja peninsula. Period. Located in an isolated section of the East Cape, it meets anyone's definition of "off the grid." But if you like interesting and unique luxury accommodations (although if you are into roughing it a little there also is a rustic stone cottage right on the beach), a beautiful pool,...

This is our second time staying at Villa del Faro for our anniversary. We absolutely love it there. It always feels like you have the place to yourself. Most of all the service is fantastic and the food is great.

My daughter and I stayed for two nights in paradise. Wish we could have stayed longer. The design and layout of the grounds were stunning: flowers, cactus gardens, coconut trees, pool, casitas, gorgeous views of the sea. Enjoyed watching the sunrise and listening to the various birds. Breakfast was delicious, especially their signature drink, orange and pomegranate juice. VIlla del...

Dear Debra and Carmelle, Thanks for this generous review! We're sorry your visit couldn't be longer, and hope that next time you can be here during whale-watching season, when you can snorkel and maybe hear some cetacean singing! We'll keep the gardens well-groomed until your next visit :)

“We totally loved the Casa Azul towards the edge of the property, but quite intrigued by the beach casita, tho did not end up staying in it. The pool casita also looked special, but could be a bit of a problem if other guests were spending a lot of time at the pool - did not look carefully at the others, but sure all are equally comfortable and unique.”
