Have a bathroom door that did not stick shut. My daughter was stuck in the bathroom and could not open the door. Seriously, this is not the high quality place to stay. Was also under charged when I booked months in advance and then told that there was a HUMAN error so I was charged more monies when I checked...

All in all, this property was much nicer than expected. The rooms were clean, well appointed, and larger than typical hotel rooms. The hotel features two restaurants and a play zone for kids, complete with an arcade and bowling alley. Conveniently located just outside the entrance to the Grand Canyon, there is no need to stay in the park because...

Our room was large and comfortable. The restaurant was great. But when we booked the room last month, we were informed that breakfast was included. So, we went to the buffet room and there was a line of about twenty people. We were asked for our room number and informed that breakfast was not included for our room. All of...

We booked this hotel expecting that, because it was a "premier" hotel. It was tired and needs upgrading. The staff were great, however the hotel wasn't a premier. It certainly wasn't "terrible" but it was probably the lowest level of Best Western at best,

We have very low expectations for a Best Western Hotel, but this place was really good, not only as Best Westerns go, but as far as hotels in general go. We expected a cheapie free breakfast, but the buffet was large and impressive. A terrific surprise for our trip.

Staff was pleasant and courteous. Rooms were very clean with a spacious bathroom. Great free breakfast with good variety and ample seating! Beds not the most comfortable, room was warm as temperature control was not functioning properly. Parking was challenging in the evenings. Overall a good hotel.

This hotel has never let me down with their quality and friendly staff. The breakfast buffet is well stocked and everything is hot and ready when they open the doors. The past three occasions I've stayed with them has always been excellent.

I think this hotel is in a state of transition so hopefully there be improvement in the future. However right now, I am not sure why this Best Western gets their Premier designation. The room we had in the 2000 block felt dated and cramped. The room had all of the expected amenities but not enough room to fit them...

The rooms were great and so was the staff. The breakfast was wonderful considering it was one of the "included in your room buffets" The big negative is the food at night. The dining room is very expensive and the downstairs bar's food service and drink quality is horrible. Be sure to eat out at night. Great place to say...

The hotel was very nice, clean and updated. The staff was very accommodating and helpful! Great place to stay with family when visiting Grand Canyon. The hotel is located right outside the park. Breakfast buffet was perfect to start our day.
