Compared to other RV campgrounds we stayed at on our 1 week trip through Nevada, Arizona and Utah this site was sadly lacking in character, charm, amenities and tidiness. Their website states that they are the "only campground within 25 miles of Grand Canyon National Park." What they don't say is that there is a campground (Trailer Village RV Park)... More

The location near the Grand Canyon National Park is the most positive thing this campsite has to offer. The check in lady was not at all friendly or welcoming, and should not be working in the hospitality sector. Our site was adequate, although very close to neighbours, and level enough. The bathroom facilities are very run down and in need... More

We stayed for 2 nights, when we arrived it was dark, the place looked like it was closed. The staff was extremely rude. We had a difficult time finding our spot as it was poorly marked, another camper, who came in afterwards, also had a hard time finding his spot. The spot was extremely narrow, if another camper would have... More

I stayed for two nights in an RV with my husband. We made reservations in advance (just send them an email through the website, let them know what kind of hookups you need, they respond and tell you whether or not they can accommodate you). We arrived about 30 minutes prior to the check in time but went to the... More

The park is in great location but with very few amenities and very poorly kept. The staff were very rude and very quick to let you know that they offer discounts to no one or to no association. I was able to hear their response to a few campers while waiting in line so I know I wasnt the only... More

Booked in for 3 nights to see Grand Canyon. Front desk staff very unhelpful and overall condition of park run down. It seems that management are aware that there are very little RV options here and choose not to put any money back into improving their facilities for their guests. Would definitely not recommend if there was another option.

When you're the closest commercial campground to the South Rim, you really don't need to deliver a quality product to be able to fill your sites at a premium price. Make sure you click on some of the photos of other reviewers--they are an accurate representation of this dump. Location is the only plus to this campground--close to the main... More

I totally agree with the reviews below. We booked one night and said we might wanted to extend and Lisa made us pay it in advance. Once we found out in the Grand Canyon we could show up in the morning to find a place we wanted to cancel the extra night. She got such an attitude saying no refund!... More

My sisters review said it all. Worst place ever. I'll show some pictures as to why. It is filthy. The place is very rundown. They have our 50 amp away because "they could". Rude staff. Closest park to the beautiful Grand Canyon. Such a shame

Not sure what provoked so many nasty reviews. We thought it was comfortable, especially with the trees around us. It is rustic. There are no concrete slabs, just dirt and pine needles. The bathrooms are clean, but old. The office personnel are not rude, but not well trained in customer service. Great location for those who are looking for an... More
