My husband and I stayed here for only one night in August of this year. We stayed in the suite which was perfect, the bed was comfortable and it had everything we could need for our stay. I didn't use the pool but it proved popular with other quests as it was always busy. The hotel is ideally placed for the... More

I stayed at the Red Feather Inn during a brief cross-country trip with my adult daughter, and since we wanted to stop at The Canyon but wasn't really sure of our schedule we didn't reserve in advance. As "walk-ins", the price seemed to be a bit inflated over what I've seen on the net...we paid $120 including taxes for the... More

The location was great, price was just right, and the staff were all friendly and accommodating. Out of our entire trip, the WiFi worked the best at the Red Feather! There's a buffet 2 doors down for breakfast that was unbelievable for the price. I think it was something crazy like $6 or $7???? I forget which hotel it was... More

A lovely lodge in a great location, a short drive to the canyon or very close to the bus pick up. Also a 2 minute walk from the national geographic centre. Rooms are well sized and clean, a great place to base your canyon explorations from.

We used it as our base to visit the Grand Canyon park, and indeed it has a very good location just few miles from the entrance, and walking distance from restaurants and the iMax theater. Nice that they had a pool with jacuzzi where they provided pool towels. The WiFi in the room was good. My complaints are that in... More

The lodge is a very big property near the entrance to the South Rim of the Grand Canyon. My room was clean and came with a coffee maker and wifi. The staff was friendly and efficient. Do NOT go to the Mexican Restaurant on site. The staff was service was beyond terrible and the food wasn't very good. See my... More

My husband and I recently stayed one night at Red Feather in between visits to Phoenix and Las Vegas. Red Feather was far and away the cheapest option that was relatively close to Grand Canyon National Park. I was slightly skeptical but figured that for one night, it wouldn't really matter too much. And it was totally fine. We were... More

Good location (near park entrance, restaurants, few traffic on the road even on August), just like the other motels nearby. Comfortable and clean. We were on the first floor, the rooms were dark, and we heard every step in the room on the 2nd floor, so ask for a room on the second floor (no elevator if you have heavy... More

I was researching hotels to stay in for our trip to the Grand Canyon and found this lodge on the internet. It had the most affordable room rates during my research at the time. I was thinking of staying at Williams but then it would've added additional driving time to and from the Grand Canyon. The lodge is situated close... More

Good value (for the area), basic hotel a 10 minute drive from Grand Canyon. My 18 year old son & I stayed for three nights to give two full days at the South Rim. Because of the July heat on both days we fled from the rim at noon and enjoyed the air-con at the lodge until 5pm; whereupon we... More
