We booked the three-night Grand Canyon Railway experience and thoroughly enjoyed it. Accommodations were very good, meals were good and transfers were seamless. It was much like doing a cruise. We would definitely do it again.

The room was quite acceptable - large, comfortable and well equipped. We stayed for 2 nights, split by a night at Grand Canyon. Evening meal and breakfast was included as part of the package. They were served buffet style and on both occasions there was plenty of choice and it was of a good standard. My only issue is that...

I was there with a motorcoach group prior to our train ride to the South Rim. Night One, we ate in the cafe. We enjoyed it...yes it is expensive..but my group of seniors were too tired to walk, even a short distance, into town. We also enjoyed the two breakfasts there. Also...we ate at the pub right off the lobby...

First Class from your arrival to your departure. We bought the packaged tour rather than go ala carte and we are glad we did. We also booked a suite and we are glad we did. The suite is two giantic rooms with a small private patio outside. Unlike most hotel bathrooms that usually seem slightly larger than a small closet,...

On the hotel side, if you like spending A LOT of money and standing outside in the 49 degree weather, this is the hotel for you!!! We stayed 2 nights at this facility and we had 2 separate fire...

Service and staff were excellent. No drinking water in the rooms and the alarm went off late at night and again first thing in the morning and we all had to immediately evacuate the building. All-in-all, not conducive to booking again.

The hotel lobby is beautiful and comfy. The room was way better than we expected. Beds very comfy, nice large TV, oversized chair, large bathroom, everything very clean. The restaurant located right in the hotel had very good food at reasonable prices. We had been warned to not buy the "meal ticket" with our package, which was good for meals...

Ok so look.. We loved everything about the hotel.. The beds were comfy.. The surroundings were beautiful.. Everything in Downtown Williams is accessible and walking distance from the hotel. The one and only drawback.. Fire alarms went off at 2am and we were all told to exit the building... I get it... Safety first.. Vut then heard its happened a...
