The small town of Williams is located 50 miles south of the Grand Canyon and a great place to stay when in the area. Lots of funky businesses, eateries and motel/hotels. Many with the old town charm. Norris Inn is right on historical Route 66....More

We had to book rooms a week before the Rodeo. The town was pretty full but I found this hotel for $58/night for my wife and I. It's called the Norris Inn. No idea why all the websites have the wrong name.

Route 66 can be pretty noisy with all of the businesses. Also it is across the street from a railroad,so that can occasionally be a bit noisy. But surprisingly, I found it fairly quiet. There are very few businesses at this end of the street....More
