Great property - well up to date and clean. Location is outside of downtown, but not a problem as most visitors to this area would have a car anyways. Breakfast area was excessively busy, but I'm not sure if this was actually the fault of the hotel or just the volume of people trying to get an early morning start....

My mentor and I stayed for one night but we did use the hotel room and lobby for a considerable time. The hotel was recently refurbished so it's like staying a a new hotel. The weather was really cold so we had to use the heater, it worked great and the best of it was the fact the it was...

My wife and I had out trip to the grand canyon planned for months in advance, including hotel reservations at this hotel. When we arrived, we had a minor issue getting checked in that the front desk staff, Tara and Cruz, had to announce to the whole lobby filled with people waiting in line. We had asked to speak to...

Just needed a place to sleep before heading up to the Grand Canyon. Very surprised to see how nice this place was. Brand new rooms with new furniture and flooring. Was the nicest quality inn I've ever stayed at. Friendly staff and nice pool area but it wasn't open. Great mountain views too. Breakfast was ok. Not a good flow...

I loved staying here: location is perfect (gas station, food mart nearby, restaurants and cafes pretty close, train station and it's overlooking the forest), it's newly renovated, quiet and the price is great. Free breakfast (not enough tables, super small dining hall and scarce choice of food though) and wifi (painfully slow though). But again: both are free. They have...

This motel is just off I-40 in Williams, Az. Very clean and the continental breakfast offered free is quite good. The town of William has several nice shops and is well known for it's route 66 history. I have stayed in several Quality Inns and this one is my favorite.

Comfortable, affordable. Free breakfast. Good location for Williams (with a car). We had a good stay with no problems. The checkin attendant was super friendly and fast. He helped us find food in the middle of the night since Williams restaurants close fairly early. Upon check out, the woman wasn't rude, but she clearly didn't care about our stay. I...

We stayed here for 2 nights and I wasn't that impressed. Based on the great reviews, I either have pretty high standards, or this place has gone downhill. The eating area was tiny - we ended up having to have our breakfast outside on the patio. It was a cold and windy day - breakfast was cold before we even...

Our room was very clean and the beds are comfortable. No microwave but there is a mini fridge. The breakfast is mediocre. Love the photography in our room! We figured since it's Arizona the pool would be open. The pool is seasonal and wasn't open yet, kids were heartbroken. We actually woke up to a trace of snow. Would definitely...

Chose this hotel based on reviews and they were correct. The staff, particularly Cruz who checked us in, was very professional and nice! Room was clean, bathroom was clean which is the first thing I look at.
