This place is what some of the reviewers have said: it's seen better days. While convenient to the Yuma Territorial Prison, that's the only redeeming feature it has. There are dirty cats, chickens and donkeys running around - which is normally quaint if the place is kept up, but everything about this place is tired and unkempt. The lady who...

We stayed two nights in a motorhome. No freeway noise or train whistles. It was very quiet. There are citrus fruit trees all over the park and the fruit is free. Wild chickens run around and are very entertaining, I think it makes the park charming. There is a nice pool and free wifi. Lots of singing birds too. Loved...

This is a nice gravel RV Park with citrus trees in abundance. The citrus fruit is available for the picking. Ruth, the Manager, makes this place worth stopping at. It is just across the border from California and right off I-8 as you get to the Yuma city limits.

A "like home" feeling. Lots of friendly people. Excellent Owner & Manager. Enough activities if you want, and privacy if you prefer that. Large spaces. Trees and grass. Close to lots of shopping and Old Town. Not the newest, but the most hospitable in town!

At the Passport America rate of $15.00 per night this is a good deal. At $30.00 (the regular rate) it wouldn't be a great place to stay. The park is older and somewhat run-down but the showers were hot and worked fine. The manager (Ruth) was very nice. We go to Los Algodones for dental work and we will stay...

We stayed for 10 days and had a great time. Quiet and small, this park is laid back and friendly. Orange, grapefruit and lemon trees everywhere. Close to river bike trail, Yuma prison, Mexico and historic downtown attractions, this park is centrally located unlike the mega parks 15 miles away in the suburbs. Passport America price was $13 with full...

I like this park because it is "real". Orange and Grapefruit trees give it a sense of nostalgia. In a very quiet neighborhood away from traffic noise. Friendly and helpful management. A hidden gem in Yuma

Stayed here for 3 nights in October and it was off season, very quiet. Loved all the citrus trees.Manager very friendly and helpful. Good location and we were able to ride our bikes around neighbourhood, no hills. We were in our RV in the evenings only since we toured around during the day. This was our first time in Yuma...

RV Parks similar to this one are everywhere in AZ. Mostly they are trailer parks where the majority of residents are snow-birds migrating for the winter climate. Lots of park models and permanent residents, so it's like staying in a small trailer park. There are little to no amenities..although there is a small, coin laundry room, a rec room, mail...

The road to Rolle's is in a typical Mexican neighbourhood. You wonder what you are getting yourself into. But when you turn into the gate you find a very nice and clean RV park. Something else you don't see so much is grassy sites, a sea of green grass. Backing up my RV into my site I brushed against a...
