wonderful view of himalayas, mountains and valley.EXCELLENT. (Nepali) food serves very delicious. Enjoyment with wood fire in winter. When Cloud cover valley in winter then it seems like ocean. Looks like only ocean and himalayas, LOVELY VIEW.

I didn't even stay the night here, I checked out after 5 hours. The location's fantastic but this is Nagarkot, it's all about the view so that's the least you should expect. After 3 weeks trekking all I really wanted was to sit in the sun, graze a big menu and relax.. None of that happened, I think the place...

After trekking up to Nagarkot, it was a welcoming break to check-in to Unkai Resort. The rooms are warm and cozy, with carpeted floors and warm sheets. They provide bathroom slippers, towels, and most importantly a hot shower. Food was average, though.

Unkai resort is a small hotel located on a hill with a beautiful view. The landlord and whole staff are very helpful, polite and made you feel like at home! Rooms are very nice and clean, nicely decorated with japanese accents. There is always hot water in the bathroom. The hotel has 2 beautiful tarraces with magnificent view. Downstairs there...

First of all, I apologize to the staff of the hotel at Unkai resort for writing this review under hotels, but there doesn't seem to be a space for the restaurant, and after our encounter this afternoon, we can see why.. We were told there would be a bit of a wait for our food, fair enough (even though there...

OK hotel. 20/30 minutes uphill walk from the market/ bus stop. Basic hotel. Got rooms on different floor levels and the price increases as you go up the floor. No hot water during March. Electricity blackouts and their backup battery died, leaving me in pitch dark. Beds were comfortable and rooms were reasonable clean. The piece of cloth they gave...

Watching panoramic view (270) was definitely awesome!! but then everything was fail. It might be our fault not to book in advance even for off seasons (like most internal visitors do that's why we have an average room to stay), I personally believe Unkai Staffs shouldn't have promised of hot water as well when they can't manage. It was damn...

I didn´t sleep there, but went through all the mountain viewing places. This has the best view of ALL different places in Nagarkot. It has simple rooms, no heating, restaurent, ideal for couples or friends, who come to see the view. A bit away, 15/20 min walk from Nargakot "town". The sharing balcony is nice.

the location is far away from the town and the road is a little bit tough, but it makes the view perfect. 270 degree view maybe is the best in all the hotels.it is very convient to just walk out of the room and stand on the balcony to see the sunrise and the mountains. the hotel is very quiet...

Unkai Resort Hotel is situated on a part of a hill that provides you a panoramic view of the Langtang Himal mountain range on the horizon and the valleys below. Although I gave room and value 4 rating, I ended giving a 5 for the overall satisfaction experienced. I travelled with a Nepali Christian brother and we were referred to...
