First the good. The pool and courtyard are indeed a wonderful respite from the dust and chaos of the city. The staff is pleasant and everything is very clean (a real struggle in Patan). Very convenient to have a money exchange at the reception desk. But our mattress was thin and hard, the electrical set-up in our room was functional... More

It's away from the main noisy and dusty roads, lovely buildings with a lot of marigolds which were in season. The staffs were friendly and helpful, giving wonderful suggestions on shopping and dining. The room itself was small but equipped with fridge, TV, 2 single sofas, 1 coffee table, a writing desk and a chair and the 2 single beds.... More

It is situated centrally in KTM. The location is good, peaceful and well connected to other places. But the rooms are not good for a family trip. They are small and very functional. The accessories are very basic. The worst part is their complimentary breakfast. There is nothing offered, only breads and sausages worth mentioning. The staff are good. The... More

I have written a few reviews on this hotel. The helpful manager Buwan is one main reason we keep coming back. He is helpful, reasonable, willing to accommodate our request including prices. The hardware is basic and aged, though the manager acted on our comments of renewing their pillows and mattress. This time though their service became clinical and direct,... More

Dont expect too much when you choose to stay here. Its not bad, neither is it great! The rooms are very average - very clean rooms though. Friendly and helpful staff. Below the average - breakfast! Its great if you just need a place to crash and you're out exploring all day. There are frequent power cuts, especially in the... More

The hotel is located in a great location...quiet neighborhood with easy and safe walking distance to many restaurants, historical sites, and shops...staff were friendly and helpful. Enjoyed having breakfast each morning by the pool. My room was clean and comfortable and had the basics: king-size bed, desk, 2 chairs, large wardrobe, large in-room bathroom, air-conditioned, internet access. Electricity was off... More

If you are looking for an inexpensive hotel with the basics this is a great choice. The rooms are clean and the staff is wonderful, but it is an old property. The pool is great and staff clean it daily. The food is not the best, dont look for anything special, but it is clean and comfortable.

First up, the good things (since they are easier to count)- a nice pool is present and the rooms are decent. Drawbacks - service is next to non existent, washroom is decent, but the complimentary toiletries are dismal. There is no electricity for major part of the day (although that is the same story across most of Nepal), but then,... More

Okay ... good news first! There is a pool! And service is great! Not so good news ... the place is acceptable (clean and has the basics including internet and hot water) but nothing much to speak of beyond that! And the breakfast buffet is dismal ... I gave up on it and just went to a nearby coffee shop... More

I stayed here while i was on a work assignment. This is a very comfortable hotel, but the rooms are extremely old and in ill repair. Unfortunately while i was there the hotel had a severe electricity problem, but beyond that, it was probably a lovely hotel many years ago, but the maintenance is wanting. A tip for those with...
