Enjoyed our 2 nights. Pleasant staff, very nice ambience, lovely generous breakfast, fairly large rooms for an older inn. Perfect to walk to without a car from train station. Guests returning late at night (2am) talking boisterously outside the doors in the hall made it impossible to to sleep.

If you like modern or contemporary with all the mod-cons and creature comforts, then this is not the hotel for you. The building is old, the air con is non-existent and it is true that the welcome is a little off-hand. However we are talking a centuries old building. Toiletries may be a bit thin on the ground but you...

Nice and quiet. Wouldn't say the front desk staff was overly welcoming but got the job done. Was fun to stay in a historical building, but means few outlets and a weird shower. Ribe is such an adorable town that staying in the middle of it was perfect for exploring. Don't be fooled by free parking. Those lots are guaranteed...

My wife and had just spent several days in Copenhagen and Svendborg, and included a visit to Ribe as a final touring spot before returning home. Noting the remarkable history attributed to Ribe, the oldest town in this wonderful country, we opted to spend our single Ribe night at Hotel Dagmar. We appreciated having our GPS guide us through the...

The hotel is a beautiful old building in a historic location and the food is excellent most of the time. However, while courteous, the staff are not particularly friendly and don't seem to care if you enjoyed your stay or want to return. The room was supposedly a superior but it was frankly very disappointing - cramped, two very narrow...

This is an old charming hotel and we stayed one night. We had a superior double room. Quite small with uneven floors that made me feel a bit drunk some times. We had a corner room with a lovely view towards the cathedral and the town square. The room itself was clean and well maintained with a comfortable bed. BUT...

Very cute hotel on the square of the oldest town in Denmark, Ribe. Everything is crooked which gives it a lot of character. Rooms are not big but all the space we needed (family of 5). Best location to wander around the town or sit on the big terrace and watch the people passing by.

We recently stayed here for one night and had a lovely time. The hotel is in a lovely, charming old building and with that comes a few things that a more modern hotel would not have, but you have to outweigh charm versus modern and staying in Ribe one of the oldest towns in Denmark I think you have to...

While the city is lovely, the hotel is quite central and it is clean. It has all the basic amenities, but don't expect anything more than basic. We got a lovely view towards the cathedral, and for sure it was fun to walk in a crooked room.

We stayed here for one night as part of a road trip and found it provided a perfect overnight stop. We unloaded in front of the hotel (which is allowed) and then parked at the hotel secure parking about 50m from the hotel (for a charge) which was ideal for us. The hotel was very quaint indeed with uneven floors...
