We stayed here for 3 nights in August. It is set deep in the countryside amongst fields of horses - remote & tranquil. The chateau was beautiful & we got a very warm welcome. Our room was amazing - we were especially pleased to have a separate bedroom for our 1 & 3 year old, which meant we all got...

We stayed at the chateau as part of a London to Paris bike ride. The chateau is on the cycle green route from Dieppe and is well sign posted despite being very secluded. The setting is beautiful in lovely grounds. I think we bagged the best room which had a balcony with an amazing view of the countryside. The toiletries...

An amazing family-run establishment with extremely friendly staff, fantastic food, service and lovely accommodation. An all-round good experience, easy drive from Monet's Garden in Giverny (1/2 hour) and Gisors.

Wonderfully quaint place to stay. We were met by the huge resident (very friendly) dog upon arrival. The staff were lovely although only one spoke English. Our suite was huge and comfortable. We looked out onto horses. The food was excellent.

We stayed overnight on 5th April having crossed to Dieppe on our way further south. This is a perfect location for an overnight stop. The Chateau is magnificent, with dark beams, antique furniture and wonderfully courteous host and staff. Our bedroom was enormous with a large double bed, a sofa, two chairs, a wardrobe and a desk. It was a...

My wife and I hadn't visited Ch. de la Rapée for 27 years but had the opportunity this month when on a short food & drink purchasing visit to France. The hotel was essentially as I had remembered it, located in a lovely estate in a most beautiful area of Normandy. The building itself seemed the same, except that it...

We chose this place for a stopover as it is an easy drive from Calais. It has plenty of character - the dining room was particularly good with its woodwork and blazing log fire - but it might not suit those who prefer things modern or minimalist. Our room was vast and we slept well - it's quite remote and...

If you really want to get away from it all then this is the hotel for you. Family run only 30kms. from Beauvais and in the heart of woodland here you can really find peace and quiet. In the immediate area there are several very small villages more like hamlets. This is a beautiful 19th century chateau (maybe older?)and you...
