Nothing fancy but definitely clean, nice people and fair priced. Close to the historic downtown, one would say walking distance but I would add walking distance with a big climb up the hill. Unless you want a good heart pumping workout, you might plan on driving and finding a spot to park. Tip: they only provide a few tiny bars...

Every time I visit Eureka Springs I stay at the Matterhorn. The staff is super friendly. Best I've ever experienced. The location is great. It's about 1 mile walk into down town (about as close as you can get for the price point). The rooms are clean. The only downside is the bed and pillows. The beds are a bit...

Stayed on the first floor and had no complaints about our room. Bed was "okay", good enough for one night's stay. Bathroom was clean. Other family stayed on 3rd floor and said our room was much nicer, so I would recommend first floor. Owner was very friendly and pleasant. Breakfast was simple. Would definitely stay here again for the price.

We won't stay here again. The shower curtain was scummy, the room just had a general dirty feel to it. But, the worst were the electrical outlets, most of them did not work to the point that we had to move the coffee pot if I needed to use a curling iron... and forget about charging phones. And the ones...

This place has a lot of character. It is a unique place to stay in a great location. Décor isn't modern and sheek, but that is not what Eureka Springs is all about. The owner is very friendly and helpful. No Complaints.

Old ...outdated...plain..cheap linens. No fridge..no microwave. Small dresser from the 60's. Small tv...breakfast was coffee..packaged mini muffins..fruit. We bought a styrofoam cooler for our drinks. The best greeter was "Ripley" the puggle. Would stay at a best western or days inn for same price. Wont do it again.
