I stayed in Eureka Springs for three days! It was a charming town, full of great energy and people! Halloween was excellent and the property we stayed in was top notch! We stayed at the Briarwood lodge in the overlook suite. The bed was remarkably comfortable, the room was beautiful and unique in its layout. I would highly recommend staying...

We stayed at Briarwood Lodge at All Seasons this year in the Paris Suite. We loved it! It was way more than a "room", with a living area upstairs! We had an excellent view of the street too. I was a little worried about it being noisy due to the downstairs being the gathering area, but the only sounds we...

Eureka Springs is a beautiful town! We very much enjoyed our stay at Briarwood Lodge; the Music suite was perfect for our family of 3 as well as the delicious breakfasts served each morning. It's a neat town to walk around & explore but we also were able to explore the outskirts: Turpentine Wildlife Refuge, Cosmic Cavern and Lake Leatherwood...

My husband and I brought our 2-year-old daughter with us for a weekend stay for a wedding. We loved the Paris Suite, but our favorite part was the incredible breakfast downstairs every morning! It has the feel of a small town diner. Everyone was kind, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Spent 3 nights in the Lighthouse suite. Room was clean and beds were comfy. The upstairs bedroom was hot even with a/c set at 68 degrees in early March. The inn was a short walk to the downtown area. The breakfast was ok, nothing special.

Eureka Springs is a wonderful destination for everything from art, to history, to interesting, independent shops. After each full day I wanted to melt into a comfortable, clean space of my own and Pat Fitzsimmon's Briarwood Lodge was the perfect choice. It was bright, well-equipped, clean and modern. The attention to detail was obvious in every aspect of the apartment...

Our daughter's wedding was in Eureka Springs. We booked the Tree Houses, a room in Briarwood, and the Apartment. I could not find a single amenity Pat and her staff had not already thought of in our Apartment. Believe me, I am picky!!! The breakfasts were gourmet and outstanding. We are planning a girl trip for 2016 and will definitely...

What a wonderful stay we've had! The rooms are all very comfortable and clean! Be ready to walk in Eureka Springs, but if you want there are trolleys to ride everywhere for $6/day. The breakfast is served in a beautifully decorated room decorated with Royal Dalton Plates and our hosts were great for conversation and information about things to do...

We stayed in the Lighthouse Suite -- 3 friends for a "girl friends" weekend. The suite worked well with 2 full beds and a sleeping nook, 1.5 baths, plus a small kitchenette area. Very comfy and cozy. It is part of a set of properties, so across the street is a porch that you can sit and look out over...

We recently stayed in the Paris Suite of the Briarwood Lodge and thoroughly enjoyed it. We've stayed at several B&B's in Eureka, but this one was a bit different being a converted church. The property was very clean and well maintained. It seems some properties can be worn or tired, but not the Briarwood. Our suite was beautiful and very...
