My daughter and I stayed in the Franklin Bungalow for a week and hated to leave. The resort is within walking distance to town, down a small road. The walk back up is challenging but doable - I am 69 and made it just fine, albeit slowly in places! The cheesecake and orange juice provided at check-in were a nice... More

We stayed at The Woods Treehouse Resort. We came here last year for our honeymoon. We came back this year for our anniversary. Frank, the owner, made sure we stayed in the exact same bungalow that we stayed in last year. We LOVE this place!! It's just a couple of minutes walk from downtown Eureka Springs but when you sit... Had such a wonderful time! Such a beautiful cabin to stay in. We stayed in cottage number 4. The only 2 things I had a minor complaint about would be parking, ( which we were informed about by Frank.) and the hot water heater. We were informed parking was tight. Oh boy was it with our big truck. If you... More

Did not stay in Nov. 2014. Been awhile. It's been more than a year since we stayed here. The area is located conveniently above the main street downtown area. You see deer in the woods from your balcony facing the woods and a small road going down to city center. Clean accommodation, really great manager (at least when we were... More

I found this gem on the internet and it looked nice so I booked it. My wife and I were celebrating our 33rd Anniversary so we wanted to get away for the weekend. We arrived at the cabin right at check in time and the cabin was ready for us. We visited with Miss Kay the property manager for a... More

My boyfriend and I stayed here for two nights and this is a cute place to stay in Eureka Springs! It was a little strange pulling up on the cabins, because it is in a residential area, we were a little worried that we chose the wrong place to stay. We stayed in cabin #5. It is just a hills... The room was wonderful! The bed was very comfortable and the room was large. The in room jacuzzi was nice, but I had to clean it first due to several hairs still being in it. Also, we killed three spiders over the weekend. It kind of creeped me out since one of the spiders fell out into the jacuzzi when... More

I enjoyed this room. It was comfortable and quiet. We loved having real wine glasses and coffee mugs each day. Not too keen on washing dishes each day but it wasn't too bad. We didn't realize that we were right above the downtown area and we could walk there until the last day. It would have been nice to know... More

My parents & I stayed for five days at the resort. The Franklin Bungalow was a COZY 2BR/ 2BT. However there was not a DVD player as stated on the website. There was wifi but it only worked while outside on the porch. There was one parking space per bungalow; however, the space was very small & badly designed. Had... More

My girlfriend and I stayed at this resort just a week ago. The room was small...no kitchen. Also the fine print said no grilling. It was very close to other cabins so there was no privacy. We were only able to stay one night because of unfortunate circumstances and the owner refused our refund requests for the second night already... More

“This isn't a resort, no pool, fitness center, restaurant, just the rental units.”

“The Franklin bungalow is perfect for a couples getaway, a single couple, or even a small family. If it is a little more space than you need, they also offer the option of smaller cabins which I am positive are just as nice.”
